Vacationing in Florence and it was so nice to find a great cocktail bar with some vegan/vegetarian food options. We checked it out our first night in town - a Thursday - which also happened to be 1/2 off sake and bingo night. Had a great bottle of cold sake (Moonstone coconut lemongrass) as well as a few cocktails and their edamame (which was grilled and well seasoned, a fun change from the standard steamed bowl). Went back on Friday and it was a bit more crowded but they had enough people working that the service didn’t diminish. We had a few more cocktails, the shishito peppers and veggie bao buns (loved both). The highlight of this place is really the cocktails for me. We had the “Feel Like Making Shrub” - loved all the subtle flavors, difficult to describe but I felt like it had sweet, sour, umami and bitter in the perfect balance; “Big Bubble in Little China” - cute presentation, they had me at tequila, grapefruit and aperol; “The Sensei” - my dates fav, he’s into any decent Old Fashioned riffs; “Fight Milk” - we both enjoyed it; “The Kaki-tail” - a little sweet, but still enjoyed it; “No Business Like Hibiscus” - my absolute fav - an Aperol 75 riff with lemon or maybe a French 75 riff with Aperol? I liked it so much I had it both nights. Luckily also very easy to get an Uber from and back to our Airbnb ?

It's crazy what low standards people that live out in the country and don't know any better have. The ramen is the main dish they're known for but it's too greasy and every dish looks like it was left in a fridge and reheated. It's really only fine if you've never had fresh ramen before and the only thing I can think of it beating is instant noodles. ?

Fantastic employees!! They made great drinks and food!! We were able to bring our daughters (13 years old) to eat inside with us. I made my own ramen bowl, and it was delicious! The prices were very reasonable, too!

So good! Fresh and to order. If you are craving a dessert, you can't go wrong here. And everyone is so friendly! Also my food allergies, they are so good to accommodate those. Even checking things I didn't think of. Very good!! Totally recommend!

i went here with some friends tonight to see a band and the atmosphere was great and the food was great. we had a great time. the only issue i have is a big one. one of my friends called to ask if an employee could do a quick search for a VERY important item that we might've left behind and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, didn't let my friend finish, and proceeded to hang up on her. considering we spent over $100 here tonight i expected better treatment of customers. highly disappointed.

Queer friendly little bar that I've made my go to spot while visiting from chicago. Spent new years here and had an absolute blast with the gf. Good ramen, sake and whisky menu. Just a cool interesting experience that wouldn't be out of place in Chi.

Very laid back, retro yet moden vibe. The food was delicious & drinks unique and fun. Will certainly be back. We went on a Monday after work & cocktails were 1/2 price. Not many people there when we arrived but the staff is very friendly & interesting. I had the BLT bao bun & Koren bbq egg rolls.

The food was different. It was my first time trying Raumen. The Nachos were incredible! I would go back and not share them next time. The chips tasted homemade, they were a thick, crunchy chip. The food was okay, it wasn't my favorite. I would say, try it. The cream cheese dessert was interesting. ... Overall, I'm giving this place 4 stars. It was different. I don't think it's for me. The person I went with loved it. The place had a hipster vibe. They did an incredible job with the building. I might go back and try something else.

Really good, fun food! Pork in the traditional bao and banh mi was flavorful, chewy but tender, and plentiful. Veggies in both tasted fresh. The bao bun is sooo good. Wonton chips on the side of the sandwich are creative and delicious (especially with the dipping sauce). Sandwich was just a little dry but putting some of the sweet chili sauce for the wonton chips on it helped.Restaurant staff were very abrupt/curt which may be due to how loud it was in the building during my encounter so would wager that the service is normally better.Atmosphere is cool but a bit loud & dark for my tastes. For folks that like live music and more of a club-y vibe, it's probably great.

this is the 3rd time my order has been wring on door dash first I asked for extra meat I was charged for it but didn't get it I let it go the second time which was yesterday on my lunch break I built my own ramen and was given the miso ramen with all type of things in it and today I did another build your own ramen and was given the wrong order where it included the miso and duck fat with ginger.the manager on duty was a smart alick and being rude, when I just calling to make sure that they were aware this was the third time he was unprofessional and was mocking me.

Probably the most lame bar in downtown Florence. The atmosphere is just saturated with boredom.
