Won’t be back. Sat over 20 minutes after seated waiting for someone to get out drinks. 3 waitresses walked by out table several times and never offered to take our order. Ended up walking out.

Food and service were excellent. Had to move tables due to Evening sun but it wasn’t any trouble at all. Highly recommend it and will be back.
My husband and I are regulars we usually go to the one in Cloverdale. Tonight we decided to go to the one on cox Creek... It took 30 mins for us to get 1 appetizer. The waitress only came to our table to give us a drink 1 time and when we ordered dbl meat and cheese we didn't get that and I ordered my sandwich dry it was soaked.i asked for my fries to be on a separate plate they weren't. My husband was upset with his sandwich as I said we a regulars we eat at the Cloverdale location at least 2 times a week and order the exact same thing every time we go.... I am very disappointed in the service at the cox Creek location... We will ONLY be going to Cloverdale from now on...

6 friends in to celebrate a birthday. We visited on Friday at 1:30 PM. There were approximately 6 other parties seated for meals and 3-4 patrons at the bar. The server (young lady) was very pleasant and helpful. However, she seemed to the only one server trying to take care of all customers. The wait was a little long for our food. However, all food was very good; the portions were large and hot when served. The restaurant was clean and spacious. All in all, a good experience.

During our visit to Florence, we discovered this wonderful restaurant through a Google search for highly-rated places (4.5 stars or higher). Our group decided to give it a try, and we were truly impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and service. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and polite, making sure our orders were taken promptly and accurately.
The food was outstanding, far surpassing our expectations for a strip mall location. Our glasses were always full, and the server checked on us regularly. Although my wife’s chicken parmesan was slightly overdone, the server quickly resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
The gangster-themed atmosphere was a bit quirky but added a unique charm. Our friends from Alabama enjoyed it as well and mentioned they would bring other friends for future visits. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return. We truly appreciate the excellent service and delicious food.
Huntsville Location.. Yes I recommend this restaurant but there’s a But. We visited the Huntsville location last night at 5PM. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get a drink that was forgotten and finally place our food order. Our appetizer came out cold around 6 PM. They quickly remade it and had really good flavor. Our pizza was piping hot with good flavor but it was around 6:20. Yes it was busy and thankfully we weren’t in a hurry. But To have returning Customers, do not let customers wait for close to 1.5 hours for food and not have their drinks refilled. A few staff members were working very hard together and a lot of staff members lacked any sense of urgency or willingness to help their fellow employees out. Management was lacking last night.
Probably the best Chicken Parmigiana I have ever had ever eaten . It was hot, cheesy, and delicious. Marinara sauce was extremely flavorful. Portion size was huge for the cost, especially in today’s economy. This was our first time at this establishment and we will return on a regular basis.

Service was poor, but it wasn't the server's fault. It was a busy lunchtime and she was ALONE! The owner should have been on the floor. Food was good but not great. We are going to give them another try.
