I like their pizza pretty well, but didn’t care for the chicken parmesan or breadsticks at all. The facility itself is a bit dated and lacks ambiance, especially for families. I will say that customer service was good though on each visit.
Congratulations to the Lil Capnone's staff. This evening we had a large family gathering of 19, and there was already another large party celebrating a birthday in the restaurant. They wholeheartedly welcomed us and our server hustled throughout the evening. The kitchen was under pressure with two large parties but they continued to bring food out to the other restaurant patrons in what appeared to be a timely manner. Our food came out together, was all very hot and was oh so good. Several members of our party said it was the best they had in a long time. I had the Margarita chicken and my wife had the chicken Marsala. Excellent on both counts. I would recommend Lil Capone's in Florence to anyone. Thank you for a great evening for my family.

We ordered at a peak hour, for takeout. The staff was patient, and took the order correctly. As a fellow chef, I was impressed on how the food tasted absolutely perfect, among the choas during orders. Great Job!

Me and my wife came this afternoon and had GREAT service by our waitress Shannon and the food was DELICIOUS!! We got our food QUICKLY and it was HOT and AMAZING!! My wife had boneless wings dipped in mild buffalo sauce and I had the bbq chicken pizza as well as the breadsticks with the beer cheese!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! WILL COME BACK AGAIN!!
