Ordered nachos that had almost no cheese then when asked for some was charged extra 2.99 each for 1oz cup cheese and sour cream. Also was charged .50 for each to gov container. Then after we paid we got to go menu and added it up and realized that we were overcharged $12 in total. Not to mention the extremely rude staff.

They will refuse to give you an itemized receipt when asked. They charge a ridiculous amount. Theyâll just say that prices went up with no further explanation. 2 kids meals and 2 lunch specials. $70 for lunch. I enjoyed the food and server but will not be back and will never recommend after that.

Tonight, our bill was higher than normal. When we asked for an itemized ticket, we learned that a 15% fee was automatically being added to all tickets to cover tips. This was not mentioned by anyone or printed on the menu or via signage. We had already left a cash tip on the table. Our service was not great, and it definitely was not representative of a larger tip.
Please have the courtesy to post signage that states a basic 15% tip is automatically included in the ticket. Blaming the register for incorrect menu prices and âit just adds it on itself, I canât fix itâ is a terrible way of doing business. Raise prices to pay your staff more appropriately and ensure the prices on the menu are accurately reflected on the receipt.

But we went in and then I quickly realized they charged for chips, salsa and if you want more chips it's even more, that's crazy for a Mexican restaurant. It's just understood you get free chips and salsa from the start, similar to rolls at southern restaurants. Then what did me in was the prices! We left and drove across the street.
