We have always loved Longhorn. We have had less than great experiences a few times, but this time, we probably won't be back. We waited over an hour for our food. We finished our drinks and water and sat with an empty table for nearly 40 minutes. Our server never offered to get more drinks or refill our water. She never offered to give us an appetizer to make up for forgetting to put our order in. She came to the table a couple of times to tell us, "It ain't MY fault." She blamed the kitchen. She blamed the other guests. When our food came out, it was overcooked. My chicken was burned. The manager wouldn't come to the table but did offer to pay for our food. I always tip well, but we didn't even tip because the server never bothered to ask how the burned food was and only came back to the table once to remind us it "ain't [her] fault". Another server relayed management's message to us. This store needs new management, and they need to train their wait staff on how to handle mistakes. A forgotten order could've been fixed with honesty, a free app, and a couple of free refills on our drinks. Their mishandling cost them a $70 check, $20 tip, and return customers.

I had the onion soup that was tasty, but too salty. The chicken Caesar Salad was great but should have had less dressing or gotten it on the side.

Let me preface by saying that I've eaten Longhorns in 5 states. The one I got last Fall here was the worst I've ever gotten. So I went in hoping for the best. Bathroom looked and smelled like a truck stop. No towels or soap. Went to the bar and there was paper on the bar and a coke. No one was sitting there. Ordered a steak from the little bartender. When it came, it was as good as any I've had at Longhorn. It and the bartender made it an enjoyable meal. It's why I gave 4 stars. Management needs to teach people to wipe surfaces after each customer and take better care of the privy.

This was the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life my husband got a ribeye steak the outlaw and it was literally nothing but fat!!! They brought out the wrong steak first!!! Absolutely horrible food! NEVER AGAIN!!! My husband is sick now!!!

We had excellent service during the start of dinner rush on a Friday night server was stretched thing with at least 5 tables and still managed to be extremely attentive. Our food came out quickly and was on point.
Long time customer of this establishment. Tonight will be my family's last night stepping foot in this place. Took way over 15 minutes to get just drinks, and waited almost 45 minutes before the food came out. And on top of it a waitress that wasn't even from our table picked up 2 dirty glasses to refill and said knowingly that she wasn't supposed to do that. Sad because they had my favorite steak the Longhorn.
Food was cold but ok. Service was good. Floors were slippery.

I never leave reviews but this was our second time giving them a chance and my medium steak was cooked very well done… the first time we had to leave before we got our food because it took so long, so we tried to-go and this was what we got… managers train your people or hire better ones!!
