I ate here last night for my anniversary. We frequent here and the service is kind of slow but it’s typically a decent meal. Well last night I got food poisoning on my anniversary and spend all night puking my guts out. I’ll never go back as that was literally the sickest I have ever felt. There’s some sort of cross contamination and carelessness going on in the back. I recommend staying away from here. I seriously wonder if any other guests experienced the same thing because it was very busy. (I ordered a grilled chicken salad)

Had dinner with friends tonight at Longhorn in Florence to celebrate two birthdays. We always enjoy our meals there and the food was great tonight. However, I am calling out the manager for what I feel was a very poor management decision. Tonight was Halloween. While I understand several establishments allow/encourage employees to “dress up” for Halloween and provide a fun atmosphere for customers, this was not the case here. One male server was the only employee in “costume” and it was in very poor taste. This person was wearing spooky makeup and “devil horns.” I would have refused to have him wait on our table. Thankfully, we had a very sweet young lady server who was not wearing any kind of costume. I am a Christian and do not “do Halloween” personally, but I don’t begrudge people having fun or wearing cute or funny costumes to make the day enjoyable. However, this was very inappropriate and actually scared one of the children in our party. The manager should have NEVER allowed an employee to wear a “costume” that would be offensive to or scary for anyone in the restaurant. I will be sharing this with their corporate office as well.

6 friends in on a Monday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. Our server Tonia was excellent. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable . . . like she would do anything to provide us great service. She took our orders quickly, but not hurried. Our food (drinks, bread, appetizers, and entrees/sides) was brought out in timely intervals. Tonia got all 6 orders exactly correct . . . no mix-ups, no omissions, etc. The food items, (salmon, shrimp, chicken, steak salad, salmon salad) were very good and ample portions. No negatives here; all positives, especially Tonia, our server!

Food was really good, however rated a 4 star because how salty everything was. Appetizers were onion rings and spinach dip tasted way to heavy of salt, still had a good flavor though. Chicken tenders and fries delicious but again tasted way too much salt. Almost as if a container of it was poured on everything. The bread was ok, very crunchy and the butter plain and to hard to spread. However overall everything was good minus the salt. Would recommend
