Paid for my food in the drive thru then got told to pull up waited 20 mins went inside and they started saying I was lying about paying for my food and wouldn’t give me my food till I threatened to call the owner even showed my receipt poor service manager told me not to come back all over them not giving me what I paid for….

Food was fresh even though it was later at night when we ordered. The manager, Johni, made sure we didn’t get cold fries and made the cookies right after we ordered. She also apologized for our wait.

Waited in line over 30 mins received food it was icy cold, and on top of the store is scheduled to close at 11pm but the lights were cut off at 10:45pm. The manager kept apologizing but at this point: What are you apologizing for, cold food or poor service. The wait for hot food I understand but to be given old cold food and all you can tell me is pull up and you'll cook some food. You at an ambassador (manager) ought to know better. Help or no help!! At this point I'm beyond pissed off. This is ridiculously insane.

Gotta love that Mc shot all over my burgers and they completely removed my onions when ordered extra idk how that makes sense 😐 shoved everything into one medium bag and forgot my sauce for my nuggets 🙃

It was great. My food was stolen by someone and the older woman who was working the cash register on July 1st was so helpful. Immediately replaced my order and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. She was kind.

Play area needs ac fixed NOW! Was only able to stay in there to watch the kids play for about 10 minutes. The dining room was fine, but kids like to play, so need air working It was cooler outside than in play area!

This McDonalds on Florence Blvd is VERY disappointing primarily because they have NO AIR Conditioning in the play area for kids. They actually have the best playplace the entire area BUT….the management/corporate will fix the air conditioning in the Hugh play area. It has been out for 2 years! Ridiculous! Maybe they don’t want kids here? #mcdonaldscorporate

My toddlers love coming here and playing at the play place but unfortunately it is so hot! It’s been years without working ac in there even with leaving the door open it’s super hot would be super great to get it fixed! Also I love that they still have the play place and is centered around kids wish more still had that!

Stopped in this morning like I do every morning. The crew is always amazing. Unfortunately this morning I had the displeasure of experiencing one of the managers. While sitting in the second window I clearly heard a manager (Marianna or Mary Ann) in the window complaining about customer requests. Stating “none of that is on my menu this isn’t a 5star restaurant” and openly LOUDLY complaining about customer requests while the window was open. I will be making sure from now on Chris or one of the sweet lady employees will be the ones helping us. She should really be evaluated on her ability to manage anyone when she can’t even manage her own mouth with customers in ear shot. Disgusting behavior.
