We always pay for extra sauce on items, but consistently get a little tiny amount of it smaller than a half dollar. Why pay for something over and over that you don’t get? And 9/10 times they forget to include the sauce for my son’s nuggets in his happy meal. This place is a joke

The person taking an order was awesome. They got everything on the screen, correct unfortunately your kitchen staff cannot read. They were goofing off in the kitchen with a short manager with glasses. Nobody was getting the food. The lobby was full. It was disgusting. The tables weren’t cleaned off probably the worst McDonald’s I have seen in a long time. I will not be coming back to this one. I will go somewhere completely different. I advised anyone who lives in the area for to try the other McDonald’s because this one was ridiculous. I do apologize. I have been a manager at McDonald’s and I would’ve had everyone’s food out with no problems by myself than having everyone goof off in the kitchen, messing up the orders and laughing about it, etc. That be said the short manager also was like what’s wrong with it I said well obviously they can’t read because it’s right there and you guys just made regular McChicken how hard is to add cheese and onion to a McChicken. They made it look like rocket science I give this restaurant more than half a star. I would give it a zero and I will not return I don’t want to give you any money. I don’t want to give you my services. Have a blessed day straightened up before you end up losing that business. also send me the pictures that I would take would probably shut this restaurant down them cussing in the back being very unprofessional. If I was the manager, I’d fire the whole crew. Smashing the burger like a pancake just because they’re mad because they were busy. It’s also unprofessional get it together. McDonald’s because you’re not the only restaurant that actually has good food because your employees suck.🥶

Was there at 132PM on 10/10/25 and was told to move forward as they didnt have my fries ready.. well due to the employees NOT telling the car in front of me to pull up to space #1 I was yelled at honked at due to INCOMPETENT staff! WILL NOT be back in the near future!!

At the drive through-The food was awful it was a chicken sandwich the bun was burnt nothing at all just a piece of chicken cold on a burnt bun the fries were hard and cold my wife ordered a fully loaded cheeseburger and it had nothing on it just meat and bread and cold also, our dog wouldn’t even eat it will never stop there again.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for a burger and two happy meals. When I got the happy meals they had no sauce and no apples, and the food was lukewarm at best. To my knowledge this specific location has a reputation for these things.
