Absolute trash spent 20 minutes in line just to be told my code didn't work to come inside. Go inside to be told by a kid that they dont do mobile orders inside 🤣 place couldn't get 3 dollars worth of cheese burgers to be. I'll never be back and you should do the same

Had to place two separate orders even though I ordered 2 of the same meals only one was placed had to wait for my meal, food was dry and over cooked, no ice for the drinks. And the drinks have a weird after taste like the drink machine hasn't been cleaned right. Same for most Macdonalds from Russellville to here none have staff that cares about the condition of the food just tossed in a bag and the number be called. This is the worst of most of the McDonald's ive eaten at lately wasn't worth the stop and till the drink fountains get set by someone who knows how drinks taste is nothing but carbonation. Most of the workers have a look of dont care to be here. Really not worth the price we have to pay for sub-par food and service. Like I said its all the places ive eaten just in the last couple weeks all but this mcdonalds is the worst of them all so far. A rip off

Service was terrible. Waited over 15 minutes for our order. Some fries were still raw. Asked the clerk for the honey left off the order. She yelled at me after asking 3 times what I said, then threw it onto someone else's tray. Will never go there again.

They have raised the price and shrunk the burgers. A cheese burger is the size of a Krystal.

Major problems here at this McDonald. In line, waited for 3 minutes for them to take my order and about 6 minutes for them to bring me an unsweetened tea and glass of ice. No one ever came to the window to check on me or my order. Left without any service or drink. Manager needs to replace 3 people working at the window and who were walking around with no purpose.

Came to pick up a mobile order found multiple employees on their phones and talking, order not even started. When I told them about the order, they made it in a few seconds meaning they weren’t waiting on anything to make it; they simply didn’t start on the order.
Horrible horrible staff. Rude, impatient. I will NOT go back to this McDonald's.

I love this Place especially a chock named Fallon who waited on me she is always so awesome every time I go that girl needs a raise for real!!! She is a hard and dedicated worker never an attitude always so nice and ready to do her job!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was pretty bad. I ordered a tea and it tasted like cigarette smoke—completely off and undrinkable. No idea what went wrong, but it shouldn’t taste like that.
The food wasn’t much better. Fries were okay and the sandwich looked rushed and messy. I get that it’s fast food, but even then, there should be some basic level of quality.
Really disappointing overall. Hope things improve because this isn’t what I expect from McDonald’s.
