I love this Place especially a chock named Fallon who waited on me she is always so awesome every time I go that girl needs a raise for real!!! She is a hard and dedicated worker never an attitude always so nice and ready to do her job!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was pretty bad. I ordered a tea and it tasted like cigarette smoke—completely off and undrinkable. No idea what went wrong, but it shouldn’t taste like that.

The food wasn’t much better. Fries were okay and the sandwich looked rushed and messy. I get that it’s fast food, but even then, there should be some basic level of quality.

Really disappointing overall. Hope things improve because this isn’t what I expect from McDonald’s.

The drive thru staff was rude. Didn't get the order right and throw the dipping sauses at my daughter. Went inside to complain to the manager, but he was a jerk and very rude as well.

Placed a mobile order, place only had 3 cars come through the drive-through the entire time I waited. 10 min. That's how long it took. The fries were disgusting and undercooked. You can clearly tell an undercooked fry. The chicken nuggets tasted like they were sitting for awhile.

Girl that waited on us did not greet us, was a sour puss,no smile, acted like we were a bother to wait on. I specifically asked for fresh hot fries and they were ice cold. Took them back and waited 7 minutes for fresh fries and I had to ask twice about my fries.

They left my baby's milk out and gave me and my wife the clearest looking Dr. Pepper. Ligh brown soda water should never be passed out. It shows the people at the window aren't even trying or paying attention. Poor customer service.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but this McDonald’s has some workers that are very rude. One time I was there I had a worker get smart with me and I ignored it but this last time I didn’t.
I was in drive through and needed my card ran a second time for my second order. The worker said no he couldn’t do it and he argued with me. I said can you please get your manager because they have done an over ride and did it before. He rolled his eyes at me and said she is coming. The manager came and did the over ride like I told him she could. I know this because I worked at McDonald’s for four years before.
After the manager walked off he made the comment “you don’t need to get an attitude with me”. I immediately request to talk with the manager. She came and pretty much looked at me like I was dumb. I had to go back cause he left my drinks out. I gave him the receipt and said I did not get my drinks. He gave me a mean look and said what is this for talking about the receipt. At this point I was beyond being nice and said you did not give me my drinks.
I work hard for my money and I will no longer give it to this McDonald’s and I would suggest others do the same. If your workers act like me giving your establishment money is causing them an inconvenience then I will just keep my money.
