Touristy place, focusing on burgers and drinks served in mugs. Good was fine, about what you expect. Drinks are overly sweet, possibly mixed by batches in advance.
Service, however was great. Very friendly and nice.

Showed up with 10 people and no reservations. Hostess was very helpful, pulled some tables together, and had us seated in a few minutes. Service was fast friendly, and food was great! Everyone was very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely a great place to eat downtown.

This place was great, great food, friendly staff, the host asking how my day was going was also a plus when i went there around 2pm today. The server was great. They give a welcome back feeling. Will definitely come back when I am in town again.

They don’t cook the meat the way you order it.. Did replace it and the manager brings it to your table and laughs asking you if it was right and it wasn’t. He’s not a very good manager at all. He did offer to take it back again but my husband was hungry by this time. You sever hamburger steak but you charge for the A-1.Next time I will seen it back till it’s right. We won’t be back to Florence Al

Great service and fun place to eat absolutely love the place and always get their triple appetizer, you can choose several different options, burgers were hyped up but just not up to par for me, many people love the burger and don't get me wrong it's not bad but just not a fan would rather enjoy the appetizers!

We have eaten at Mug Shots many times and have enjoyed it very much. Today was an exception. We got grilled chicken fingers to go and they were very tough. We were very disappointed.
