Great service and great food! It is “strange” that the negative reviews were all on the same day.

This was the first time my husband and I ate at Mugshots and it DID NOT disappoint. Amazing food, cook perfectly, such friendly staff, super clean and just a wonderful place to eat.

The hamburger I received was filled with undercooked meat. It looked like it wasn't cooked properly, and I felt like I might be at risk for a foodborne illness!!!!

Hands down best spot to eat in dt Florence, do yourself a favor and get a milkshake!

This was our first time there , the pasta was awesome and the mozzarella sticks are SO good !! Our waitress Ms. Kinzie was was the best . We will definitely go back .

Stopped by Mugshots Bar and Grill in Florence today for some appetizers and a drink Food was great and Kenzie the bartender was fantastic. We'll definitely stop by there again the next time we visit the area!

Not horrible, but not great. Had to wait at hostess stand for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged me (they were busy, but nowherenear full). The table at our booth was very wobbly, though our server did attempt to stop the wobble, which resulted in it being slanted. The beer we ordered was flat and the cheese wedges look like they had been fried in old grease. The only highlight was the burger, which was decent, but nothing amazing. I will commend them on taking care of the beer and offering me another one once they changed the keg over. All in all it was a very mediocre experience. Maybe it was just an off night for them? ?‍♂️

My family and I were visiting from Montgomery and this restaurant was highly recommended. We all ordered burgers to include a turkey burger. Everything was SUPER salty. I couldn't eat but half due to all the salt. My kids also agreed that their burgers were overly salted. We also ordered an appetizer of cheese wedges that were delicious. We still enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was good.

Hey Ya'll!! On vacation in Florence, Alabama, with my husband and his brother and wife. We were out today sightseeing, shopping, and visiting sights in this area. Let me tell you...I've never been to this area but it's really nice! We decided to make a late lunch stop at Mugshots. It was really good. The atmosphere was great and the food was fresh and wonderful ? ?
The staff was great and very attentive. The restaurant was clean as well. If you are in this area, I highly recommend that you stop in here. Also, I had the fried chicken salad with Bleu cheese in it, and also chips with white queso, it was great!

Why offer lettuce wraps if it's going to be two stalks of lettuce that are impossible to hold and not wrapped around my burger like a lettuce WRAP is supposed to be? I'd post a picture but there isn't an option. It's delicious but absolutely impossible to hold without everything spilling out. I wouldn't have ordered this if I knew what I was getting.

Omg the mahi mahi was amazing and the peanut butter burger... The staff ( jagger T) is so polite and amazing will def be coming back... loved everything about this place

Our waiter was awesome service was fast professional atmosphere was good but the food was excellent we will be returning
