A little gem of a restaurant just outside of Florence, Alabama. We visited Oakland Cafe and Minimart after church. My wife and I got the meat and 3. Everything but the sweet potato casserole was delicious. The casserole didn’t taste homemade but I’m also biased to my wife’s sweet potato casserole. The bathrooms are nicely decorated. A signed Gloria Gaynor press advertisement hangs in both the men’s and women’s restrooms!

Tried this for the first time. The service, and the food were both very good.It's on the Oakland community. So,. depending on where you live, if you don't mind a little drive, then it's worth it.

Food was good and so was the service! It wasn't overcrowded, and our food was out in less than 10 minutes after we ordered. Everything we ordered, from the hand-patted kids' burger to the chicken and dressing and ham, were delicious! Will definitely be back!
