Took forever for service to get to me and my girlfriend and when we finally did get service the Whiskey Sour I ordered was so light on the liquor it wasn’t worth a penny let alone the few dollars I paid for it. Plus the blonde female bartender was bragging about serving drinks with no alcohol to a patron even though they sold it to her as an alcoholic beverage. Unprofessional, classless, wouldn’t send my worst enemy to drink here.

Karaoke on Friday night during summer is great, but it is set up inside the smoking area, so in the cold months when you can't open the doors, it's not pleasant and you leave smelling like your a pack a day smoker.

Food was delicious and plentiful for such reasonable prices! The bartenders were super friendly and came to find us with our food. The only issue was with the dress code. Our friend just messed up his ankle in a nearby wrestling match and was visibly limping and was turned away for sweatpants, had to walk back to the car(a block and a half away) to change. Given what we saw others wearing, I don't understand it. I know it wasn't the security/bouncers fault, they were just enforcing it. But it was a little ridiculous given the circumstances of our friend.
Stopped in on a Wednesday night, recommended by our hotel. It was fairly quiet when we arrived, and our server was efficient, if mildly unfriendly. Our food and drinks arrived in good time, and the food though straightforward, was well presented and tasty. It was not always easy to engage our server due to being more engaged with arriving customers/friends and attention to our table diminished. At some point our server apparently left without saying g anything, perhaps under cover of the vaping smoke that was occasionally noticed at the bar. We were able to pay our bill by engaging with a server at the bar, who did partly apologize. A rather unfortunate series of events

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at OTR. I’ve been a server before so I know how the industry is but the service I had tonight was not except-able. The bar tender upstairs at the bar next to the blonde girl was so un professional. She accused me of not tipping and she “warned” us if I didn’t tip I would be kicked out of the bar? Since when is that a thing? But regardless the thing is I tipped her every time I ordered drinks and I have the receipts where I did tip both of them. Maybe the reason I was treated this way is cause I’m brown because she did not talk to other people around me the same way I was treated. I come to OTR to spend money but if this is the way I’ll be treated this will be the last time I’ll go. The blonde girl that was serving tonight was super nice and sweet and thanks to her our night was not so bad but I witnessed the other brunette girl serving yell at a couple of other black clients to move their drinks because she was trying to serve shots and I believe that’s so unprofessional!!

For the price, it's just not worth it. Drink's hardly have that much taste to them. The staff doesn't show empathy, somewhat snooty, an they are very Judgemental against certain classes of the Public. If I could, I would give them Negative Stars.Parking: It's one of, if not, the worst bar in town to find decent parking for.
