Placed a mobile order when my boyfriend picked it up only my sandwich and a piece of bread no soup he went in got the soup okay good, drives 30min home I finally have my food GREAT! I take 5 bites out of my sandwich which was good until I find a damn hair, and I didn’t even get my cookie. So $24 dollars for basically a bowl of soup. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🤥👍

As soon as we got here no one was at the counter to take our order, when we were ordering the bread that normally goes on the bacon turkey bravo was out of stock (this has happened to me twice now) it took quite a while to get our food , ALL of the tables were dirty, and once we did get our food the put the sandwiches on the wrong plate. I would like to end this off by saying I normally like this place but will never be coming back.

No one working the order desk. Out of breads that go with specific sandwiches. Restaurant extremely dirty. Not a single clean table. Very disappointed with this restaurant. They need to remodel its very old and wore out.

First panera I was at that the employee was completely rude. They were not busy I was the only one in the drive thru. Never asked for my phone number he was confused why I was giving him my number. DO BETTER!!

Always a great experience with great food at this Panera Bread!
Today I was at the Panera that is in the city of Florence, Alabama, eating with my family, the attention was very poor, in addition to the food I had a hair, I complained to a person I showed him what was going on and he only told me that he could not do anything, more than prepare another sandwich, my wife has felt bad all day and vomited a lot, she is pregnant and we were trying to eat healthy and what a surprise. This has always been one of my favorite places in Florence, but I have to admit that it is oftentimes a hit or miss.
For our last visit, the food was quite tasty, our only issue was that our buzzer was not functioning - but thankfully Panera calls out your order on top of using said buzzer.
Additionally, in every visit, Panera has not been at all crowded. Come here if you want a quiet getaway to study or relax while chowing down on a sandwich or soup!

Went for lunch on a cold day sandwich and salad very good. We ordered coffee all coffee containers were empty and all the creamers were empty. The dining room was dirty food crumbs all over the tables and the ladies bathroom well it was just nasty. I always enjoy food from this restaurant. I hate to see it go down hill.

My tea was watered down and my mom’s chicken on her sandwich was very cold. I wasn’t able to hear our order being called out when sitting fairly close to the pick up spot and it was not noisy in there. My cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted. The best part of the entire thing was being able to watch a family with a baby who was sitting next to us.
