Today I was at the Panera that is in the city of Florence, Alabama, eating with my family, the attention was very poor, in addition to the food I had a hair, I complained to a person I showed him what was going on and he only told me that he could not do anything, more than prepare another sandwich, my wife has felt bad all day and vomited a lot, she is pregnant and we were trying to eat healthy and what a surprise. Uber eats the spicy steak sandwhich there was no meat on it at all cost me 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 orange scones

This has always been one of my favorite places in Florence, but I have to admit that it is oftentimes a hit or miss.
For our last visit, the food was quite tasty, our only issue was that our buzzer was not functioning - but thankfully Panera calls out your order on top of using said buzzer.
Additionally, in every visit, Panera has not been at all crowded. Come here if you want a quiet getaway to study or relax while chowing down on a sandwich or soup!

Went for lunch on a cold day sandwich and salad very good. We ordered coffee all coffee containers were empty and all the creamers were empty. The dining room was dirty food crumbs all over the tables and the ladies bathroom well it was just nasty. I always enjoy food from this restaurant. I hate to see it go down hill.

My tea was watered down and my mom’s chicken on her sandwich was very cold. I wasn’t able to hear our order being called out when sitting fairly close to the pick up spot and it was not noisy in there. My cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted. The best part of the entire thing was being able to watch a family with a baby who was sitting next to us.

Dirty, employees how they touch their hair , face, phones, don’t change gloves or wash hands just disgusted me. Mac and cheese was warmed up in a bag in the microwave, work area looked filthy. Watch them as they make your food next time. You won’t want to be back .

Unfortunately, our recent experience at Panera Bread was extremely disappointing. We had high hopes for a celebratory birthday meal, but were met with several significant issues:
* Stale Food: The bread, despite our request for freshly baked options, was incredibly hard and stale. While some of the other items were acceptable (likely due to being pre-made in a factory and reheated), the overall quality of our food was far below our expectations.
* Poor Service: Our server exhibited a clear lack of enthusiasm and appeared very unhappy. Their audible (very loud actually) sigh after taking our order was both unprofessional and unsettling. While we understand that everyone has bad days, this behavior was very unacceptable and created an extremely unpleasant dining experience.
* Unsanitary Conditions: The restaurant itself appeared undermaintained, with noticeable dirt and dust in various areas, particularly in hard-to-reach spots. This raised concerns about hygiene and potential pest issues.
This experience, unfortunately, mirrors several previous disappointments we've encountered at various Panera locations. Due to the consistent issues with food quality, service, and cleanliness, we will no longer be patronizing this or any other Panera Bread locations. We strongly advise others to spend their hard earned money elsewhere 👎

I placed a mobile order and it said it was ready. I came in to get it and there was a long line. When I got to the front I told the cashier and she told me they were ‘probably’ working on it and it would be ready soon. So after waiting in the 15 minute line the cashier did not help me. I went to the pickup area and told them. They think it was given away to a door dasher and remade my order. 1 star service because the cashier did not care.

My cheddar/broccoli soup was very thin, as if it had been watered down to go further. Taste good, just watered down! My hot steak sandwich had very little meat between the bread. One half had about 5-6 pieces about the size of a nickel and very thin. The other half had one piece about half the size of the bread, so thin you could see through it! My daughter got a chicken salad, but she had to go back up and ask for the chicken cause there was none on her salad. My wife and son-n-law food was just as bad. I'm done with Panera Bread, you got good bread, but that's about all, other than very high prices just for bread when you order a sandwich!! Maybe look at the signs you display and serve your guests like your fake pictures, because there is a huge difference between the two!!

The girl at the window gave me a free pastry when she seen I was upset about my bird the just passed away, then a few weeks later she remembered me and asked me how I was which is so sweet. 10/10
