Two separate instances this weekend. First, Saturday the cashier was not courteous or listening. It was the closest to a robot that I have ever seen. Multiple dine-in orders were wrong, but only one corrected.
Second, tried to get a box of bagels. Never, in all my years, has Panera bread said they didn’t have bagels. 5 different cities and this is the first one in 22 years that couldn’t deliver with a 2 hour online notice. Every other locationI have gotten in drive-thru with no notice.
This is the “Panera breadless” of Panera.

They constantly leave stuff out of my order. This is the 10th time complaining about the quality of my food or things being g left out without any offeres for replacement. Im calling corporate today about this. Im going to make sure this gets escalated BEYOND management. This is absolutely ridiculous. This location is the worst place to order food from in the area. CONSTANT, back to back issues. This food isnt cheap and you people need to make sure its all right.

Hello! Our dining experience was not the best today. We tried to eat outside, and the tables were all dirty. The soup wasn’t hot. But, the worse thing was that I saw the cashier/ manager ? pinching off pieces of the deserts and eating them behind the counter! 😳

Whoever the girl is working the register tonight gave me the nastiest look after I asked for my doordash in order that had been sitting up there for no reason ! I'm not sure if she's racist or she just nasty and mean for no reason but I wanted to try the food myself and changed my mind and I will never accept another dash other from that place

I’ve probably had about 10 of these Italian sandwiches and from multiple locations across the United States while traveling for work and I have never had one that was so messy with all the sauce falling out! It was the absolute worst. What a mess so hard to eat please be more consistent with brand standards.
Also the soup was less than warm

I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes. The line did not move. I go inside and I waited for my order for another 10 minutes and nobody asked me what I was waiting for no hospitality skills whatsoever terrible service really bad my food’s cold now because they didn’t ask what I was waiting for even though I told them I was waiting on my order. I let them know and no one came to ask me what it was or what I was sitting there for for 10 minutes straight.

I've been to Panera many times in many different states and never had a bad experience until today. The Panera in Florence Alabama was bad. I have had Panera French Onion soup many times and always enjoyed it until today. The other times it had the cheese melted covering the top. Today just had some cheese shredded in it. The soup was lukewarm warm (at best) and the taste bad. I tried to eat it, but no way. It was that bad. When I ordered I was give the option of an apple or chips. I told them I always was given an option of bread. She said they didn't have bread. Panera Bread with NO bread...interesting. I was not offered a receipt. The tables and floors were dirty. The person calling the orders was shouting the names loudly even though they hand you that vibrating coaster that alerts you that your order is ready. Also they only have a few spots to park by the restaurant so you park in the shopping center lot and walk over. I won't be coming back there.
It's kinda went downhill a little. The food is still decent but the staff could be a little better.

Placed a mobile order when my boyfriend picked it up only my sandwich and a piece of bread no soup he went in got the soup okay good, drives 30min home I finally have my food GREAT! I take 5 bites out of my sandwich which was good until I find a damn hair, and I didn’t even get my cookie. So $24 dollars for basically a bowl of soup. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🤥👍

As soon as we got here no one was at the counter to take our order, when we were ordering the bread that normally goes on the bacon turkey bravo was out of stock (this has happened to me twice now) it took quite a while to get our food , ALL of the tables were dirty, and once we did get our food the put the sandwiches on the wrong plate. I would like to end this off by saying I normally like this place but will never be coming back.

No one working the order desk. Out of breads that go with specific sandwiches. Restaurant extremely dirty. Not a single clean table. Very disappointed with this restaurant. They need to remodel its very old and wore out.
