In town for business and wanted a burger for lunch. Pimento’s didn’t disappoint. Restaurant and tables were clean and inviting and the background music was fantastic. The food was delicious and I was stuffed before my last bite. Additionally, the food came quick and the service was exceptional, thank you Jordan and Jerry (had to ask their names to give them personal props). Will definitely be back!!

First visit here. Unfortunately the manager was the only one of the front house staff to show up. I have to say, this young man did a phenomenal job of dealing with the hand he was dealt. Excellent service , excellent food... amazing margarita! Party of six , all very happy & full! Highly recommend Pimentos!

It used to be pretty good here. The wait time has always been on the longer side, but the burgers did used to be big and really good. Tonight though, my boyfriend and I waited ~45 minutes for our food (basic burgers off the menu) and the burgers were much smaller than they used to be. The food tasted good, but the size of it at $14 a burger is kind of ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that they weren’t busy when we came in and never got that busy while we were there. Overall, disappointing.

As my first time being at Pimentos, I was highly dissatisfied with my service. How do you have three tables occupied in the whole building and have three servers and I can’t even get a drink order within atleast twenty minutes? Then, when you take my order, you act like I inconvenienced you. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and currently working as a general manager, the service is absolutely terrible. One of my friends didn’t like their dish and the owner told them “well just don’t get that next time.” At this point how do you know there is going to be a next time? He didn’t even offer to fix it or get something different. Keep treating people like that and you’ll end up losing a lot of people. I understand one of the girls it was her first day training, but if you cannot simply walk over and get a drink for someone then maybe the job isn’t for you. Will absolutely not be back. I now understand why there was three tables only occupied during the middle of dinner. Thanks anyways though…

this is my second time here. only place downtown that was dead during First Friday and we found out why. me and my girlfriend both ordered burgers and we waited 45 minutes. we were the second people to sit down. I can’t give it 1 star cause the burgers were alright, but the first time we came they had these huge delicious burgers, and this time we both had a burger the size of a slider. and that slider cost about 14$. Hopefully these guys can get some help cause they need a GM and help in the kitchen!

First off, I'm not from San Francisco. I live here. We were at first Fridays and decided to try them out. In spite of it being crowded outside, there was amazingly very few tables occupied. We sit down, nice waitress took our order. Brought the drinks. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, daughter got the build your own hamburger, wife got a fried chicken sandwich. Food was so so at best. Not bad, but not really outstanding either. I am a firm believer meals should be brought out all at once. Wife's arrived almost ten minutes after ours. Her chicken was obviously overdone. White sauce was ordered with the sandwich. Waitress said she'd bring it by. Never did. Don't expect too much when you eat here. If you're okay with okay food for lux prices, you'll be okay. It was $59 plus for our meal tip and all.

Service was nice but food is less than mediocre. Fried Green tomatoes was mushy. Chicken in quesadilla was bland and dry deli meat. Buns on hamburger was not fresh. Fries were not even good. Everything was edible, but we wasted $42 on food that we really did not enjoy.
Went for lunch, it was wonderful. We ordered fried green tomatoes and shared the mix and match sliders. Everything tasted great! We ordered funnel cake fries to go. They were tasty, but they put whip cream on them and it was melted by the time we got home. I can't wait to visit again.

I have owned several businesses in Florence area and love to see the small guy succeed. Was very disappointed in food. 3 out of 4 orders were WRONG, the chips we were told were the last they had and were salty and chewy. What food we got was tasteless. We were on a time schedule so did not have time to send it back and waited almost 45 minutes for sandwiches. Hope others have better luck , but we will not be back. :(((

This is the second visit my wife and I have made. We love this place. The Grown up Grill Cheese, 901 Cheesesteak and the Dragon fire nacho’s are on point. Next time, the burgers. I can’t wait. Bodey has been our waiter every time and he has done an exceptional jobs. Thanks Pimento’s!

Loaded cheese fry is my favorite and our server was awesome I think she was the manager. We ate upstairs and that was my first it was an awesome vibe and pretty cool and roomy up there. There was some arcade games in the back and overall great food and great experience as always. My friend Chico just got in town from IL and he and Ashley loved it.
