Ordered the Antipasto Salad & the artichoke on it was delicious & overall great salad ?.Also ordered the Italian sub Large. First I will say they make their own bread. And it’s thin so you can enjoy a sub sandwich the way you are supposed to. And they make their own dressing. This sub & salad is the best.I could go on & on but I need to take a nap to fully appreciate this meal. Great Job Chef Pizza ! ??????????

We had the best sandwiches here this weekend!! Delicious! We had the Hot Italian Sub and the ham and cheese. Next time we’ll try the pizza- I’ve heard it’s amazing. This is a to-go restaurant, with two small tables in the small lobby, as well. Super-friendly staff and great food!

This is a great place to eat! The deluxe anti pasto is my fave salad in Florence hands down! They make their own bread and salad dressing in house get the Italian dressing. I also like the hot Italian sub. They have a pizza named ciao Bella with a name meaning hello beautiful you know it's got to be amazing. Mr. G Hass been there for ever and rocks! It's just a little hole in the wall take out place that will impress you.

It's a small place, really for picking up orders, but the service and food makes up for it. Ordered an Italian hot sub and got it right away. That was one of thee best subs I've ever had. It tasted like a pizza. Good flavor and the Italian dressing does wonders. I'd eat here again for sure!

My daughter and I placed a pick-up order for a sub and a salad. We have officially found THE BEST salad in the Shoals. It was spectacular and well worth the money spent! I highly recommend it.The sub was excellent too, but I've been looking for a delicious salad, and this place has it!
Pizza is pretty good, but I absolutely love their subs! Juicy and perfectly sauced. I only left off a star on atmosphere because they need more seating!

The best pizza and sandwiches in the area. Excellent service. They'vegot both Coke and Pepsi products in the fridge. Good prices, comparable to what a fast food franchise will charge for artificial food. Lots of options for how you want your pizza, tomato or olive oil sauce, a ton of different toppings, and a perfect crust.Really glad I found this place. Years ago I went to Montevideo Uruguay, which has a lot of pizzerias founded by Italian immigrants. I went to one called Soprano's there and the pizza was out of this world with the flavors between the sauce, cheese, and crust. I didn't think I'd find a place like that again. But I'd put Pizza Chef right there on the same level, except Pizza Chef gives you more topping choices and of course great sandwiches.The sandwich bread is made in house, so none of that weird pre made spongy yoga mat bread you might have had from some major sandwich chains. That made from scratch bread takes their sandwiches up a notch and they use quality cold cuts and other ingredients, it all ties together to make a sandwich that'll have people coming back for more.Definitely one of the best little restaurants in the US. I'd love it if they could open more locations and keep the same quality of food. I wish there were more locally owned restaurants like this, it's a tremendous breath of fresh air to come here and get some actual food from a place that isn't a soulless and flavorless corporate enterprise.
