I don't see much Marinara sauce at all. Hard to tell if any on it.. Takes away from the flavor... Will be a long time before a I go back..

We have been getting pizza from pizza hut and order the hand tossed but this time the dough tasted like cardboard. It was the most terrible pizza I've had in a long time. I have made pizza dough alone of times and it should have a yeast taste to it , this had no flavor and had been made ahead and stuck in the pan and let set. So much for fresh pizza. I won't be buying pizza here again.

Can’t pay on line. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a different card. It says my CVV is invalid? Use this card all the time with no issues. I wish they would fix this Pizza Hut is my favorite but you keep forcing me back to Dominoes.😞

Save your money. If you order online. They use doordash. So when the order you placed is wrong. An completely the wrong Pizzas you can't really do anything about it. They won't answer the phone. I'll never use them again. I'll go to domino's.

Ordered pizza, hot wings without bone & breadsticks. Haven't eaten at a pizza hut in decades. This was 1st time at the Florence, Cox Creek pizza hut & I gotta say, the food was damn good!! Will definitely be returning.

I hope your family's not real real hungry oh when you order from this place constantly you know or all the time and you're 1.7 miles away from them and they don't have to read a GPS I don't guess I have a profile that's been on there for years that I've never changed didn't put a phone number in last time they said I put the wrong phone number in this time I won't be I won't Order anymore that's okay I won't Order anymore and they sure are not customer is right

The service was fast, and the employee was friendly. The food could have been better if it had been hot, especially when I ordered it over the phone. I arrived early and waited 5 minutes for it to come out of the oven. I ordered the same pizza at the Muscle Shoals store, and it was AWESOME. UNFORTUNATELY, In comparison, I wasn't pleased with the Florence store because I was expecting that same great taste I experienced with the MS store. I wasn't too happy with the overall quality taste of the pizza.
