The food was great
This is by far the trashiest food establishment I have ever seen in my life. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was just insulted in the drive through by a very rude employee. Will not go back.

DISAPPOINTED!!! Decided to go here for dinner on 7-14-2025. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in extremely old grease. The chicken was OLD & DRY; wasted my money. It wasn’t spicy like I asked for either. DO BETTER!!

I did the drive through. They have the most rude people working every time I go to this location. I have stopped going. I love the chicken sandwich but not worth the poor customer service. I even went once an hour before they close and they didn't have any chicken for a sandwich.

I order a three piece with French fries. They was going to charge me 25.00. I’m not sure if what I was charge was right. Then I got slaw with no utensils. The chicken had no flavor. The slaw was terrible and dry. They threw a few French fries in, half on the paper and half behind the paper. French fries looked awful and I may have gotten ten total which is less than what they usually give. No ranch that I ordered but they gave me honey. Ordered a Diet Coke and it wasn’t your normal Diet Coke. I feel that if you want business, fix this place up and show the customers that they are number one when they order food.
I feel that they could train their employees like chicken fil a. It would get more business if you teach people to cook and serve people.
Also I give them a 20.00 bill and got 4.02. back. It shouldn’t have cost that much. I didn’t get a receipt or napkins.
Now when the owner puts on here that they serve the freshest, you better take that back because it’s not true. Also, you need to go in that store and run it like a Popeyes should be run.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order from this Popeyes location. I ordered chicken tenders, and the quality was frankly unacceptable. As the attached image shows, the appearance of one of the tenders was substandard, and this was not an isolated issue – 5 out of the 6 tenders in my order were similarly poor in presentation.
Beyond the visual aspect, the tenders were also cold and dry, indicating they were likely not fresh. This is not the quality I expect from Popeyes. Receiving food that is both visually unappealing and served cold and dry is a very disappointing customer experience.
I hope the management of this location takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with food preparation and holding times to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

We were in town for an event, and it was getting late. We wanted Popeyes and we knew they were going to close soon but the lights were still on yet dimmed. Luckly, they took our $45 order, got it correct and surprisingly it was fresh. I know how it is when a restaurant is about to close, and a customer pulls up, but they were very helpful.
