So excited to be living in the South. Love Popeyes chicken. Entire staff was up front having a personal party. Glad to see they were enjoying themselves but it was loud.
I hardly ever give negative reviews because MOST of the time I can always find something positive to say about a place. Until this particular evening my daughter and I visited Popeyes on Florence Blvd, it was bad from start to finish which was 42mins total in the drive thru to order/get our food...after being told I would have to wait 6 mins on my chicken wings to cook and I said that was fine and I drove to the other side of the bldg to wait...they had the door propped open so I could see inside and they had 4 ppl inside working and they were literally just standing around and helping other customers that came inside and after 30mins passed I finally walked inside and just so happen they were bagging my food up after my "6min" wait yea right!!! And the worst part is that's not all of it!!! My food wasn't even right so yes I went back and told them and they made me another order and this time it took 6 mins. I do not recommend this location, drive a little further and go to Bojangles!!!

As I pulled up to the speaker, the woman greeted me with, “GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER!” In an extremely rude tone. I tell her the number 3, which is a sandwich meal, and then she asks, “the 3 or 5?” rudely again. I say, “the number 3.” Then, she rudely repeats the same sentence. I said, “3 or 5 what?” I guess she thought I was talking about the fingers meal?When I get to the window, she doesn’t greet or even say one word the entire time. Then I get asked to pull to the opposite side of the building to the door. The fries were hot, but as for my sandwich, it was cold, old, and dried out.As a manager at a fast food restaurant myself, I know how it is to work in a restaurant. I know times may be stressful; however, there is a proper way to serve customers. This place has potential to reach high quality food and have an increased amount of daily sales. However, the way that it is being run right now is a shame.P.S. the last time I came here with friends, we all had hairs in our food. The food was just okay. Do better.

Lady had a nasty attitude with my husband. We ordered online had an option to pick up through drive thru. No one in drive thru line. Told them we had a pick up she wouldn't speak up where we could hear her. She finally shutted you have to come inside. My husband parked car asked her why they give us an option to pick up in drive thru then we have to go inside. She said " that's corporate thing, I just work here," rolled her nasty eye balls. It's no wonder everyone has stopped going out to eat with nasty unfriendly customer service they receive these days.
It seems like it's just part of the Popeyes employee training to be as rude as possible to their customers. If you want to be served poor quality food and treated like you're just a complete burden to the employees, then you might like this place.

I was being nice giving it one star as I could not go lower. I will never go to the Florence,AL store again. I called the store and she was rude . NEVER AGAIN. DID NOT GET a full recipt to do a complaint on line. Don't waste yor money.
