Great night out celebrating our son’s birthday! Steaks were great and the French onion soup was the best!

Sorry I was not impressed. I was told this was just like the Dales from days before. The breadsticks were but the onion soup was ok. Too much cheese and bread. The filet had no taste. Just a piece of meat and it took a long time especially when you consider we were the third table to be seated. I guess they were warming the grill up. The meal was not worth the price. Wont be back

Went to try the restaurant before I brought business associates next week, my husband ordered a burger and it was greasy. I ordered the steak asparagus and baked potato the only thing worth eating was the baked potato. The service was amazing though. I do not recommend this place if you actually know how your food is supposed to be cooked.

We went to Rays for our wedding anniversary and the food was fantastic. Our server Brandon was also fantastic. My wife got the pork chop and it was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. I ordered the chop steak and it was wonderful as well. Everything was made to order if you eat there you’ll be there at least an hour which wasn’t a bad thing to us. You get to enjoy and savor your meal there. For two people tip and all you’ll spend about a $100 if you get a desert but it’s worth it. Definitely a hidden gem in the shoals area highly recommend.

Dinner for 4..prime rib ordered medium rare..came very well done and tough. Catch of day Ponpano was very strong could not eat. Service was extremely slow and just poor..ordered two deserts and coffee for table..after a very long time one desert was delivered with ice cream melted..asked about the other and was told..sorry forgot to turn in..but will take the other off your bill..never got that coffee. And after main course table was never cleared..that one desert..sat on table with main course still on table.

It was our first visit. We were celebrating a Birthday & Retirement. We all absolutely loved the food. We loved the atmosphere and our server and Hostess were exquisite. I loved the decor of the area and the candlelit tables. I hope to get to return one day.

Six of us enjoyed a sensational dinner at Ray's on April 24th. Our server, Nicole, took very good care of us. The food outdid our expectations - I highly recommend Ray's and will be back the next time I'm in Florence.
