We love Red Lobster. However, yesterday we got our food & it wasn't the same. We always order the same dishes especially me. My husband's mashed potatoes & bacon mac & cheese were dry. It even looked dry. My shrimp linguine Alfredo was a bit dry as well. Everything still tastes great so we didn't say anything. The male waiter was great a bit soft spoken (I'm deaf in my left ear) but doing a great job made it up. 😆 I really wanted to try a seafood boil but when advertising, they don't mention how much they are in cost, so I didn't get it.

We had the snow crab legs and they were amazing!! On top of the great food was the service, which was incredible. Jessica was awesome at making sure we were taken care of at all times We will definitely be returning and recommend anyone to try them out, especially in the Florence, AL area. Excellent service by Brenden!! Ask for him. Service level that is rarely found now, drinks refilled before empty, timely, anticipates needs. 👏 Crab legs were done perfectly and husbands shrimp boil was great. And of course the biscuits 😋

Brenden is the finest bartender South of Chicago. And that's a 9 hour trip from my front door. Exceptional is hardly the right word but I've had a few handcrafted strawberry margaritas 😆
