Worst experience I’ve ever had . I placed a take out order and waited 30 minutes to pick up . And someone came from the back of the store to retake my order . I wasted so much time there won’t be back . Plus the guy placing the to go order couldn’t take card info over the phone to save his life .

I love the food but every time I come in here there is a wait and they are never busy. It seems like they are always short staffed. One time I waited an hour and it wasn’t even busy when I got here. I’ve been sitting here now for 30 minutes and counting… they need to figure out how to appropriately staff because I like the food.

I am a former employee, the entire place is nasty if certain people were t working and I was one of those people. The main thing is dishes and utensils not being clean, like the brushes, plates, silverware, and kitchen brushes and tongs. This picture in specific is the average dish the managers wash and put over with the clean ones. I use to find salmon skin on pans and on plates. Along with mash potatoes and butter and cheese. No one cares about cleanliness not even management. Don’t eat here they are nasty.

Server tried her hardest and she was the sweetest!! With them being out of majority of the sides, food came out cold, manager did not once touch the table and ask how everything was. Took almost two hours for poor quality food.

The service was dreadful. No refills, salads got brought out long after the entrée. The sirloin was cooked incorrectly but was still ok. We ordered an endless shrimp that was brought out and then immediately we were told the kitchen was closed. Do not recommend. Place has really went downhill. Horrible service, bad food.

My mother and I dined here for my birthday. Red Lobster is my favorite seafood restaurant. Their salmon is excellent, although over the years the portion size seems to keep getting smaller as the price increases. We love the cheddar biscuits, and are glad we were given 4 extra to take home. I am deducting one star fir service as my mother was given a wrong side item when she had clearly stated another during ordering, but the server promptly retrieved the correct side after bringing it to her attention.
I eat here weekly with my boss, nowadays!!! ~ We absolutely love it!!! ~ We get the lobster, crab legs and butterfly shrimp ? ? with 2 side items! ~ We choose steamed broccoli and a baked potato w/ butter and sour cream ? ? ☺️!!! ~ I eat the potato and he eats the potato skin; because, it's supposed to be good for you ? ?!!! ~ We share this entree for around $30.99 on a tray w/ an extra plate we order; & it's the perfect portion/ amount without ever feeling like you have over eaten anything at all!?!.. ~Parking: Parking depends on when you arrive. So my boss and I usually try to make reservation because of his handicap ♿️!!! ~Wheelchair accessibility: My employer has CP and has to use a motorized wheelchair & and we always, usually get seated very properly; especially if we have made a reservation!!! ~

The server did a very good job. The tables were sticky. The food left a lot to be desired for the price one has to pay. I took one bite of slaw and had to immediately spit it out as it tasted ruined. The server did take the extra $3.50 off the tab for the slaw. The very tiny popcorn shrimp was decent though.

They are so slow. The waitress only checked on us once. The other waitress had to take our drink order and it took them 10 minutes to get our drinks. It took us 40 minutes just to get our food.
