Been to this location multiple times. Unfortunately, there was some confusion, this time, with my order at the drive thru. I asked that the extra ice cream be refunded and Zoey became obviously irritated; rolling eyes, huffing and puffing, making a complete spectacle of herself. She finally ended up refunding the ice cream. Johnathan took over and was great! I asked for extra ranch, which he charged me for, no problem, there. My fries were half full, so I asked Johnathan if there were different sizes of fries available. He said "No, just the one size". Again, no problem, I was just wondering if I had ordered a large, would the cup have been full... As I was paying for the additional ranch, Lizzie came to the window and overheard me asking Johnathan about the fries. She immediately rolled her eyes, Zoey asked what I said, and Lizzie responded back, "Now she's complaining about the fries!"... Seriously?!?!!
Teach your crew how to be professional! I wasn't even complaining, I was actually curious! Won't be supporting this business as long as you have rude and unprofessional people working there!

Lily needs to learn to be nicer. And not act like the world is ending because she's having to take a order. If she doesn't like her job she should find another one. That kind of service doesn't bring customers back. To top it all off me and 3 other cars were ask to pull up and wait for our food. A grown up should be the manager on duty at night. I never have this problem in the day time.

Love this place. Every time I go home to Florence, Alabama I eat there. I always get a stuffed pulled pork baked potato loaded. If you're ever in Florence, you got to try one.

No flavor. Small portions. Had to ask for the other parts of my order three times.
I knew this was going to be an adventure when the lady in front of me asked what came on the pork sandwich, to which the Rick's associate replied, "I don't know. I've never had it.". According to the ticket, Soren was the associate. He refused to acknowledge us only staring ahead as if in a daze until I finally ask "How are you?". I am not making this up. He fumbled through the order and forgot to charge for drinks, so he is no bonus to Rick's. Potato was great, nachos were more like gas station quality with pork applied. Front of house was a no for me, dawg.

Just went through the drive through here, and the customer service was top tier! 2 minutes before they closed, they were still willing and eager to serve me. Everyone seemed happier than normal for a fast food place, and they were very respectful and kind. I really enjoyed the service and food!

Well Just want to share this..Me and my son stopped by ordered the lunch plate. With ribs and chicken halfed on the plate. So they told us we have to buy chicken and ribs? OK how intelligent do you have to be to sell 4 ribs and the chicken breast split between two people when we both make the exact same order..Effectively ordering one with chicken and one with ribs. SPLIT IT GENIUSES LOL. MATH NOT REQUIRED TO WORK AT RICKS.

This place is very good but they need to clean there drink mechanics tips all tast like mold and what happen to hot food and soft Fry's the frys hard and cold sinor with no teeth can't eat them they really need to clean the drink machines mold can't kill sum one or make them very sick the meat was
