More people need to try their chicken tenders, they're so good. Love getting a wrap with tenders as the meat. I miss the Madison Ricks location on 72 everyday 🥲
I am horrified now to eat at ricks. So I used uber eats to get lunch sent to me and a co worker today for lunch since we are at work. I ordered a bama wrap and she ordered a pork sandwich. The wrap had a bone in it that if it were a child eating, could have gotten choked on it or worse. my co workers pork sandwich was supposed to be ordered with mustard slaw and without pickles. She received the regular slaw and with pickles still on it. The fries were cold and rubbery. The uber driver was great and got it too us fast, it was not because she ran late or anything. I always enjoyed ricks in the past. However, this was not a great experience this time and probably won't be back.

I was in town for a conference and went twice for the stuffed baked potato to go. Everyone there was friendly and courteous with quick service. The potato was delicious and fit my current diet options. I’ll return the next time in town.

Went to this location at 825 pm. Ordered to eat in. Went to get our drinks and the girl who took our order was emptying the tea out and pouring it down the drain and informed us that it was the end of the night and my husband couldn’t get tea. We waited a while to get our food and kept getting dirty stares… I’m assuming because we came in 30 minutes prior to closing. The same girl slammed our food down as she brought it out and then covered the garbage can up that was beside us. At 858, we were told by the same girl that she would be locking the doors. Don’t worry, we left and WILL NOT BE BACK!

I have had two poor experiences here at the Cox Creek location recently.
The first time I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes. Two big bottles of sauce I had paid extra for were left out of my order. I went in for them. They argued with each other about whether or not I had received them. The person that was supposed to be getting them finally showed up with them quite a few minutes later. When I got home, one of the meat plates they had given me was completely wrong.
This evening I went through the line and they left the fries out of my order. I’ve already been waiting a long time to get my original food and have now been waiting nearly 10 minutes just to have my fries brought out so I don’t have to drag my small children in the store just to get some fries.
Respectfully, this is unacceptable customer service all the way around. I won’t be coming back to this particular location as much as I love Rick’s food.
