I'm sorry Rick Lanning, even though we know each other, it's not great. Your employees really just don't care. The toast should be buttered and evenly grilled on each side. The meat and sour cream should be evenly portioned on the potato skins. You shouldn't add 1 pound of ham on a Ham and Cheese. The Nachos are just terrible.
