I'm sorry Rick Lanning, even though we know each other, it's not great. Your employees really just don't care. The toast should be buttered and evenly grilled on each side. The meat and sour cream should be evenly portioned on the potato skins. You shouldn't add 1 pound of ham on a Ham and Cheese. The Nachos are just terrible. All the cheese on the bottom, stacks of chips lined up in the tray with nothing on them. Even the strips in your snack pack, over cooked and old oil. The Loaded Potato, so much butter it bleeds through your plastic tray. Can we at least get you to toast the buns? Give us some taste. If I have a choice to eat from there or just fix me a sandwich. it's the sandwich every time. I gave you a 2 because I know and like you. I just hope you hire someone to address these problems and for you to give up a little power to make things right.

Great place for good southern BBQ... they never disappoint for pulled pork, chicken or Beef. The baked taters are awesome and the Nachos are loaded just right! To top it off, the staff is always friendly!

I get carry out regularly, and have for years, because it’s so close. I have yet to get a complete order. Like clock work if I don’t check the bag before leaving I get home with missing food that I paid for. Food is good and location is convenient but so frustrating.

Always good, but this morning my husband orders an American wrap with pulled chicken and with mild sauce for me. Came home with wrong order, but Rick's fixed that today. Wonderful food, wonderful staff, so happy to be a loyal customer!!

Just went thru drive thru to get a loaded potato and the chicken is cold and potato is hard not cooked all the way. Very disappointed! I also got a salad with chicken the chicken is cold and the fruit tea is horrible, won’t be going to this location again

Enjoyed lunch here today. The beef plate has shredded brisket, not sliced. The mild sauce has a better flavor than the hotter sauce. Fruit tea was good. The inside of restaurant was very clean. Staff was courteous. Nice place to eat.

One of my go to places for reasonably priced good quality food. The smoked pulled chicken is always my favorite and the smoked wings also very good. Their white sauce is only second to my own recipe.
