Was closed, but looks great. Will come back someday when it's warmer. Actual Stanfields is awesome.

My two daughters came down to visit me and I seen this place online and we wanted to try something different. And oh boy did we get something different. We got the alligator for appetizer and it was terrible not just because it was alligator because we are late alligator before it's because it had no flavor to the crust. Then we All three ordered a different fish dish and we all tasted of each other's and every dish tastes the same nothing had any seasoning on it the breading or nothing. It was just blend terrible taste and food. I asked the waitress was the food always like this. She said well the fried food is usually not as seasoned than good as the grilled because there is more seasoning on it. She said it was the last day of their season and they would be closing tonight for this winter season so I guess they didn't want to cook very good that day. I hope you go at a different time and not when they're getting ready to open or getting ready to close because air food was terrible. I am so sorry that I got them to go there with me we will never do it again. Our food should have been taken away from the table and taking back but we didn't do that we just left it.

Food was horrible. To start we got gator bites, fried mushrooms and hushpuppies. All were burnt to a crisp in old burnt oil. We couldnt eat them. The burnt entrees scared me away from the fried fish. I got the fillet minion and shrimp skewer instead. Bad mistake. The shrimp was ok but they sub'ed my fillet with another cut as they ran out. I ordered medium rare but got a very well done steak. The only good thing is my dogs were happy as I brought my burnt steak home to them

Terrible experience. Food was subpar. Messed up the order. Oysters were so small you could've put 3 on a cracker with room to spare

Seafood boil, giant burgers and beer pitchers. Great food and service. Don't skip the oysters! Enjoy like we did. The patio comes with a great river view. Don't miss River Bottom Grille

Had to send back my fish it wasn't cooked all the way. When they brought it back it still wasn't cook it tasted rubbery
