Best ice cream in Florence! It’s fun to watch how they make the ice cream! I’m also excited to see that Florence has a place with Boba tea. While I only had ice cream, everyone else there this afternoon was drinking boba tea, so you know it’s good! Staff was friendly and the ice cream was great. I had the Caramel Pecan and it was really good. I highly recommend

We had a catered event for my Mom’s birthday party. Fantastic service and delicious ice cream! Highly recommend!
On several occasions I have arrived 30 minutes after they open. They serve bubble teas, but they never seem to have them ready to serve. I would think that a business should be ready to serve their product or service when they open. No one should have to wait for something that should have been prepared before opening. Do a better job please.

Their boba is good, but they are extremely rude. Three times I’ve had a bad experience. Two times they shut their lights off and ignored us as they closed their store early before the scheduled time, with the most recent incident occurring on 12/30/2023 and they were closing before 8:00PM when they were supposed to be scheduled until 9:00PM. When asked if they were still making tea, because the door was opened, they rudely said “We're closed” and shut the lights off suddenly as a way to get us out. Another incident that occurred a while back, my niece left a coat there, and when we called about it to see if anyone had seen it—they hung up without explanation. Which makes me think one of the workers took it. Definitely need better customer service skills. We tried to give another chance, and obviously they just want to close early to get out.

I love to see local people open up shops and doing well. This is locally owned and operated. The owner happened to be working when we stopped in and even made our ice cream. She was a sweetheart and did a great job. Prices were fair and it didn't take long to get our ice cream. Lots of variations available. Plenty of seating and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.
