Sam's Sports Grill - Florence

First time ever! Went to go to another restaurant but they were closed, so glad they were. Zachary was our waiter, great guy, wonderful service, excellent food, & the bartender was like no other. Best Ribs & Chicken anywhere! Steak with house sauce was excellent! Last but not least the skillet brownie had ice cream & caramel sauce. It was fresh & hot YUMMY. To say the least 5 STARS! We will definitely be back!! Oh by the way Happy Birthday Zachary!

Ashley is one of the BEST servers around the Shoals! If you are ever at Sam’s Sports Bar, ask for her!! She will not disappoint! She gave great advice on the menu and was very attentive! ❤️

Ribs, chicken strips, sweet potato fries, smashed potatoes and the brownie dessert were all amazing!!! Daughter and I were on a shopping trip from Ms. This place was recommended and it did not disappoint!!!

Food was delicious as always but was really looking forward to the mozzarella sticks. So sad to see them taken off the menu.

When I got there,their was approx.7-8 both tables open to my right as I walked in the door yet when I get to the desk to be given a waitress or be seated I was told it would be approx.20 minutes wait time for a table while there only being 4 of us.I asked to speak with a manager and was brought once again another waitress.When I realized she wasn't a manager due to such poor choice of explanation and looking as though she was saying what she thought may be the rite answer as to why i was having to wait so long(Looking from afar,wouldnt look at me when she was talking,eyes rolling as if she were trying to find an answer written on the wall and etc.)Then once I finally was seated,we get our plates with our sides being wrong,the wings tasted as if they had sit under a warmer for the 52 minutes it took us four to be served our dish's.The establishment was fairly clean and looked to be kept up to the par as best they can

Everyone was awesome! I got to be part of the 10:45am employee meeting ( no I don't work there! Lol)
The manager was over the top FUN
Our service was spot on and my special order burger was a home run.
