Nice atmosphere and decent service, but the food was a but lacking. We are big fans of authentic flavors and we found the food to be lacking that. This is more of a boutique Mexican style restaurant seasoned for white people. The house salsa was delicious, but the birria tacos were meh and the consumé was watery and bitter. The pulpo in the older sliced style was better, now they serve it as a tenticle and for $16 we were not impressed. The guac was good, though. Skip the sweet...
Went for taco Tuesday. The tacos were very tasty and only 2.50 each. Yes they are small.... but packed full and worth every penny! Got 4 different kinds and loved them all. Nice and clean inside. Worth a stop in and try it I promise.
Loved the atmosphere of this place! The decor was great. Food was pretty good. Heads up on dessert…the skillet cookie is a ramkin cookie. It was tasty but not worth the price. Vanessa was our server and spent more time talking to the other servers than taking care of the customers.
