How do you have wings that aren't crunchy. Chicken not cooked well at all. The skin was chewy. Horrible first experience. Drink not carbonate. Fries cold.

I stopped in at the Florence store today and ordered the bone in wings with fries, followed by a jar dessert. Everything was delicious, the store was spotless and the staff was friendly. Oh and by the way, it's affordable which is hard to find! I will definitely be a regular.
I can't praise this place enough! I just wish we had one near where I live in Georgia. I love to substitute fried okra for the fries and get my chicken grilled. The little mason jar desserts are delicious and the music and atmosphere are great too. They're always friendly at the counter and fast!

Their Sunday $1.99 kids meal with an adult entree deal is amazing value. We love eating here on Sunday and the grilled tenders are excellent.

The worst service! Every. Single. Time. They get my order wrong and no apology or compensation. I always have to turn around and go back through the drive thru.. I think Iām finally giving up going. Itās just so unfortunate because itās the closest food to my house. Just went by there and they got the order wrong again. We talked with a manager. Still no apology or compensation and we had to wait for an entire order to be remade.
Edited to add: if the owner means they reviewed security footage and the manager didnāt charge us to remake our order that was originally made incorrect then yesā¦ we were not given the meal that was made incorrectly for free and the meal that had to be remade was already paid for. So like I said, no apology and no compensation for our time wasted with our crying baby in the backseat. A simple āIām so sorry let me get that fixed for youā goes along way. I donāt need a meal for free but please donāt act like you messing up my order is my fault. Thatās all Iām asking for.
