I was rushed through the drive thru, I felt like. & felt like Staff was rude to us.
Asked for extra ranch, slim sauce, and extra slim sauce for the nuggets as well. I only got one slim sauce and one ranch. We said extra multiple times yet no extra sauce was put on the receipt or given to us. The receipt said no sauce for the nuggets… how do you get no sauce for nuggets and only two sauces after that?

How do you have wings that aren't crunchy. Chicken not cooked well at all. The skin was chewy. Horrible first experience. Drink not carbonate. Fries cold.

I stopped in at the Florence store today and ordered the bone in wings with fries, followed by a jar dessert. Everything was delicious, the store was spotless and the staff was friendly. Oh and by the way, it's affordable which is hard to find! I will definitely be a regular.
