Sent my Employee to pock up Lunch. He ordered a Triple Smasher Burger with Large Groovy Fries and Large Sprite. He got a Triple Smasher Queso Burger, Medium Groovy Fries and Medium Sprite! That Stinking Queso ruined a Good Burger and he got Shorted on his Fries and Drink! Terrible Service after repeating the Order they Still got it Wrong! The Regular Smasher Burger is Awesome and maybe the Best Fast Food Burger EVER but that Queso is Awful and totally changed the Burger to something awful!

Speakers don’t work. Ordered a lemonade slush LIGHT LEMON & they put enough lemon in there to kill a person. Drink was so nasty I couldn’t drink it, husband got a ginger ale and it was flat. We through both drinks out and wasted money

Felt like I was gonna get kidnapped was called a sexy beast and all in general just not a good experience I ordered a grape slushy with nerds and they forgot the nerds this is just unbelievable me and my kids just wanted a good slushy on a hot day and we had to wait 30 mins to order and then they got the order wrong?????

Let me start off by saying the customer service is excellent. What sucks is the cold food, the ludicrous wait times, the inability to sell bags of ice "because their machine can't keep up" ( yet every other location does not have that problem so fix your's!!! , and the clearly terrible manager who doesn't employee enough staff to run this place up to par. Every other location in town is ran up to par because they clearly have enough employees.

Well we waited for about 25 mins for a large coke. When the lady came on speaker to take our order she said HELLO/go ahead which was very unusual. My husband gave the waiter a 1.00 tip and he did not say anything! Sonic owner this kind of service does not make customers want to return!
