Pineapple ? Drink!!! I was so excited to try this! I hope this stays on the menu. It is so good.
The staff was nice. But they kept forgetting part of my order all the time. I had to remind them and they assured me they it would be provided. But, I never received it and was late to class one time because I waited over 20 minutes for the remaining half of my order. Very disappointed. Won't go there again.

I go to this place every single Friday and I do a huge order we are a family of six and they always have our order correctly I've only had one mishap where the girl had a little attitude with me but that's okay it's all right but I highly highly recommend the pink drink the green tea lemonade and any of the frappes we have tried all of those and everyone has been amazing

Nice clean Starbucks on UNA campus. Located inside commons aka Wendell W Gunn University Commons building.
I love coming here to get coffee. Today though there was a lady with blue hair, I didn’t get her name down though. She showed excellent customer service to the two girls in front of me but when it came time to take my order specifically she was showing terrible customer service...but passively. Like she didn’t want to take my order but had to since I was already there. She didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt and she didn’t give me a straw and sugar for my coffee either like she did the other two girls in front of me. I had to ask, and when I did she seemed a bit hesitant to give them to me. Like I was taking up her time. I was having kind of a bad day that day and this is why we (especially if you work in customer service) should always strive to at least TRY to treat people with decency...I’m also aware we all have our bad days though and nobodies perfect. You never know what other people are gong though truly. I’m a bit skeptical on coming back here because I don’t wanna have another employee lowkey making me feel bad, especially if I might be having another bad day next time as well. I’ll just have to go to the one by the mall and wait in The line for a little minute, might take longer but they’re customer service is always on point.Anyway hope Whoever is reading has a great day

My husband goes by on his way to work around 6:45 when he’s working at his office. (2-3 days a week). He never knows if they will be open. Many times they aren’t. Last week of April 5th,he stopped to get a Venti White Chocolate Mocha. They were out of Venti cups??? What Starbucks runs out of cups? Today, April 12th he stopped by this morning and they were out of White Chocolate Mocha???? Management needs to get this place straightened out.

Worst Starbucks........ Never know if they will be open. Stopped yesterday no dark roast, made no effort to make some. Terrible service on inside, watched cars go thru drive in that were behind me. Not a fan...

i always tell kids i know to study hard because they might get into UNA. they will not have to leave their hometown. and they don’t even need to leave their parents home. how cool is that?
