Was very disappointed, had previously gone to another location and ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew it was amazing, so I ordered a medium with double cold foam, this location gave what looked like a small cup with no extra cold foam & didn’t put the macadamia nut and when I asked AFTER it was made they said they didn’t have it… should have said that before & was still charged for double foam when did not receive it. The staff did not seem like they were trained properly compared to other locations… will not return as this is the second time some thing similar has occurred at this location. Boo. Not skibidi toilet

I would like a think if you ordered a head 10 minutes 15 minutes whenever you got to the store your order would be ready. And yet it still took another 10 mins so total 30 minutes later! When I should’ve went to the drive-through, I would’ve gotten my order 20 mins earlier!! That is ridiculous!!!

I'm excited to see the new Starbucks addition in Target!The line moved quickly.The ham and cheese croissant and birthday cake pop I ordered was available and served fresh within minutes.

My husband goes by on his way to work around 6:45 when he’s working at his office. (2-3 days a week). He never knows if they will be open. Many times they aren’t. Last week of April 5th,he stopped to get a Venti White Chocolate Mocha. They were out of Venti cups??? What Starbucks runs out of cups? Today, April 12th he stopped by this morning and they were out of White Chocolate Mocha???? Management needs to get this place straightened out.

Worst Starbucks........ Never know if they will be open. Stopped yesterday no dark roast, made no effort to make some. Terrible service on inside, watched cars go thru drive in that were behind me. Not a fan...

Located at the Florence Mall with easy access. It’s just like any average Starbucks no better or worst. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Drinks as requested with little wait. WiFi was free with no password requirements so not secure.

Easy in and out. This is my goto spot for coffee in Florence. Very friendly and my coffee/espresso always comes out right. Drive through is speedy!

We ran thru the drive thru, guys were very quick, guys were very nice, great drinks my children loved them.

Just stopped by this Starbucks! Carmel Brûlée is still posted on every menu, however, Nash was delighted to inform me that, “Carmel Brûlée WAS a Christmas item and Christmas is OVER!” Rude. Then Precious at the window gave me a small straw with a venti drink - said she was out of the big straws! If u r looking to be treated with kindness or common courtesy this is NOT the Starbucks for you!
The service, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches are consistently good for dine in. The staff are friendly and the dining area and res rooms are usually clean and tidy. One or two of the blinds are not working but this is a minot inconvenience only at certain tables during certain times in the mornings.

The coffee is always good. The creme frappe is very good. It’s still very pricey. It is about $10 for 2 coffees.
