Don't bother ordering a drink....you won't get it. They do want to offer you a credit to your order or free cheesecake on your next order. That doesn't solve what I will drink with this meal. It would be different if this was the only time this happened, but it happens EVERY time. There is a reason it's been 2+ years since I ordered from Steak & Stuff in Florence.

1 star is too many! My bill was 24.95 they charged my card $116.00!!!! I called them 5 times to please fix it and they would not. I will NEVER order from them again.

I went for the 1st time Sunday...and I enjoyed it...my well done steak was cooked perfectly...the staff was wonderful....the cook came out to make sure our food was right and had willing spirit to fix it...

I went in about a week ago and the place was full of pedophiles. Had absolutely zero security. the balding manager or as per what he told Chris was terrible and went on and on about his card game fanatics and his slightly obese girlfriend kept interrupting while I ordered my food. and he would ignore me. if you enjoy being served by oblivious, incompetent employees and the food being terrible then this is the place for you.

Me and my husband ordered the Steak tip meals for delivery. We got told that someone would call us when they were leaving so that we could meet at the same time. But instead we get the phone call saying they were already at the meeting station. Get a bag from the driver and he pulls off. I have to call him because he didn’t even give me our actual food. So have to wait for him to turn around and come back. Then get back home and they didn’t give us one of the steak tips. And they were rude about it over the phone and wouldn’t push further to meet the customers needs when they were the ones with the mess ups. Saying they can’t bring the food. I understand people get busy and have stuff going on. But you are a restaurant and delivers. With this being your mistake it should be fixed and not be rude.

We weren't sure what to expect, but you guys knocked it out of the park. We ordered two steaks and they were both cooked to perfection, and much bigger than we expected. All food was hot and wrapped so it would have stayed that way. Potatoes were actually cooked fork tender and that's hard to find. Steaks were quite easy to cut with a plastic knife!

Recently ordered 2 orders of the sirloin tips & we were very disappointed how tough hey were, our 85 lb, Chabrador was thrilled as she ate more 5han we did.
