Food was good, yet I asked for double steak meat n I didn't see that or my Sandwich, the guy said, it was on there, I didn't say anything, but I was not happy, there was a lot of dry bread, my last bite was bread, onions, mustard, n banana peppers. the bathroom was dirty ass hell. Don't use it

Don't support the florence subways. They refuse employee meal tickets. Stole my money instead of honoring food voucher. Don't eat here. They should treat the people who work for them better.
Service was great, employees were very friendly. I went in with coupons to use for my coworker and I. The employee told me the owner does not accept coupons. I sort of get that in today's economy but may use another location going forward. Otherwise, my experience was good here.

Never eaten there but the ungodly amount of tow zone signs along with one of the employees bum rushing the door with a phone in their hand so eager to call a tow truck on me within 30 seconds of parking is beyond laughable. Move locations or get over yourselves.

The girl making our sandwiches was not at all friendly. Attempted to use 1 scoop of steak meat on a footlong sub. Has to tell her 2 times that I wasn't taken that and she needed to add more. This repeated with cheese and all other items put on the sandwich. I go here quite frequently. I'll check who is making the sandwiches first I go here again!!!!

I used to do alot of business here but someone wanted to make a big deal out of parking there and walking across the street keep in mind downtown sometime has bad parking and I was not going to make my pregnant wife walk 4 blocks when there was more than enough space there js common decency can go a long ways
