One sandwich and the footlong nachos both had a hair in them, curly hair ( we all have straight hair) it was nasty. Always liked eating here until now.

Online order in a Tuesday night and when I went to pick it up they gave it to door dash instead of checking the names. The girl said she called the manager and he said he would refund my money. By Sunday my money wasn’t refunded. Went back to subway and the guy told me I shouldn’t have waited so long…. Well she told me that it would be taken care of! Then he said I ordered on door dash and I said no I did not! He said well it was the same name …. He said since you said you would email corporate we have to call the owner… all while trying to make it my fault in front of other customers. Not to mention the same girl came out from the back with no hat(she just had one on) her hair down and greasy and made sandwiches without washing her hands….

Why don’t you learn to put napkins in the bag?but you need to put napkins in the bag for the customers. I just made a mess all over myself and I’m in the middle of a five star elite business meeting And now I have mess on my suit. I’m calling the cops.

They have replaced honey mustard with a different honey mustard that is way to spicy. Could not eat it. Bring the original honey mustard back.
