Second visit since the renovations & reopening, but both times we have been very disappointed in our food & long wait times for drinks/food both. First visit the Chicken Caesar Salad was horrible with cold/bland chicken(asked for extra blackened seasoning & got none) and second visit opted for lemon pepper wings & they were over fried on top of 30 min waits for each drink order(strawberry margaritas & beer)! Server was super sweet & explained the wait was the bar because of a wedding party(maybe prepar ahead w/extra bar hands for groups I’m sure are reserved ahead). Atmosphere is wonderful. I’m sure with better communication & management this place could be just like the other nice hotel/resort restaurants/bars in other destinations! This is our nicest place in the shoals & could definitely step it up a notch. Will try again…maybe 3rd times the charm.

Cute restaurant inside the Rainasance Hotel, seating area outside overlooking the resort pool is fantastic , they have some great appetizers very large portions.

Nice hotel with a beautiful interior decorated in music theme. They are currently doing renovations on some rooms. Ours was nice and clean and I especially love the “it works” pillow spray provided by the hotel. Bathroom was huge with a tub and a shower. It was very clean. The room was nice with a nice view. If you ever wanna see the itty bittyist ice bucket on earth, then visit this hotel in Florence Alabama !

I was taking a trip to Florence for Independence Day. now me and the fam were feeling a bit hungry so we saw Swampers and gave it a chance. Looked good enough for our empty stomachs. We immediately were served with a great atmosphere and live music. I decided to go with my gut and get the pork quesadillas. Now i cannot speak on behalf of the drink department because i brought my own h20 beverage. But the quesadillas get a solid 8/10 for me on the 1-10 scale. nice and crisp. pork cooked to perfection. It was served with guacamole and a sample of the homemade pico. Now if I had one thing to say about it- getting down to the brass tacks…the tables were a bit small for our party. But that’s just me getting nit-picky. So overall this establishment gets a 8.5/10. or a 4:5 on the google rating. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend anyone traveling to or through this area to come on in and have some great food in a great atmosphere with live music… and fishies! yes! fish. they’ve got a fish tank!

Cool calm relaxing views; V nice casual setup w expected eats- pizzas, tenders, sandwiches, quesadillas, seafood.. . The outdoor seating is cool, overlooking v packed pool areas towards the Tennessee River; will miss it when I leave Florence, Alabami .
One thing, raining? Come back another day; ruins the slick chill outdoor experience ;)
Staff are toooo kind , truly standouts; c Jacklyn or Elizabeth for especially cordial and speedy service.
My fav was the She CRAB soup , surprisingly way tasty. The 4 cheez 'za a total standout at our table; The Chicken Caesar was nothing to sneeze at. Do wanna come back and def try their mythical flatbread chick 'wich. Sits @ a Marriott w tons o parking.
