I pulled up at 10p.m. no line. I asked for 2 orders of tenders (so for in total) and a taco. Once I got home with my order I looked in the bag and the taco was just thrown in there upside down, no wrapper, just spilled all over the tenders. They also forgot half of my tenders, but still charged me. So 8 dollars for 2 tenders. Ridiculous.

Paid $3 for extra meat didn't get it, asked for no tomatoes but I sure got those! Food was cold and handed to me before my drinks. I was tired and it was hot out so I forgot to check before I left. I'm sure with this service there would be no point in calling to complain. They probably wouldn't do anything. Also my Cinnabon holes were old. Paid $35 for garbage 🗑. Check your food.

Everytime I order I ask for fire sauce, if I get sauce at all they give me Diablo or hot. They food is sub par, went the other night and payed for a soft taco Supreme and got a normal soft taco so it's almost like im being scammed entirely.

I purchased a burrito supreme and got a tortilla. Your manger performed poorly after I asked them to look at it and got "we can't touch it. They had the ugliest attitude towards a complaining customer this manger also served another poor prepared meal after the complaint was made. I am highly disappointed in this franchise and this experience. I left the burrito on the curb.
