on my endeavor to explore a dubai cup i was famished. i decided to go to taco bell so i did not brutally attack my mother and sister out of hunger. i whip up to the drive through and the person wont stop interrupting my long ahh order. ts pmo. then she informs me that they are out of baja blast and do not have diet starry. instead of making out of thin air i have to get a water to balance out my 2 burritos. i get out of the drive through and start to munch down. instead of giving us our 3 grilled cheese burritos, two are beef and bean or something so i start violently crashing out. in the end this was a regretful experience as taco bell always messed up my order. i will return when nacho fries are back.

As I was about to walk inside at 7:30pm for a sit down dine in experience, the manager working Feb 11th, 2025 locked the doors. It was a bad experience for the restaurant to close the dining room at 7:30 when I wanted to come inside the dine-in. The staff refused to open the door, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Terrible restaurant experience.

Arrived and ordered took 50 minutes to get someone to talk to about an hour to get my food and another 10 to get the rest of the items that were missed. I also watched an employee drop a taco onto the ground and proceeded to wrap it and serve it

Ordered 3 Crunchy Tacos. No Lettuce was put on any of them. Also all the shells were cracked all over. It looked like they just don’t Care. So I spent almost $6.00 for garbage. Sad. Do Better and treat people right or get employees that care. This was on Sunday 8/25 at 3:50pm apx.

Wow guys, my husband and went through there last night and had the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. Brandon was fantastic. Excellent taking our order, asking all the right questions, and overall making us feel welcome and excited to be there. Plus, when we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by a genuine smile. Great job Brandon, and to everyone. Thank you all so much☺️

This crew is up late but yet for some reason care about the food they make. I have to go home really late often and I have one choice so would I choose the Court St location? NEVER I go tho this location and consistently my food is prepared well and tastes good. That other place is not fit for dog food and the customer service is nonexistent . The Florence store the late night crew is cool and do a good job. Ya know it’s 2:30am and they are still happy to help this old guy. So thank guys and gals I appreciate you.
Taco Bell, we cannot eat at your restaurant on Florence Boulevard in Florence, Alabama if no one wants to take our orders!! Horrible. I left and went around the corner to Rick's BBQ where they took my order IMMEDIATELY upon approaching the counter.

I wish i knew the person who hleped us!! I am computer illterate, & he helped me camcel an order, redo the order, & get my order!! He was amazing! Didnt even make me feel like the dummy i was for not knowing how to work an app!! Kudos to him!! Its just taco bell, but this made it extra special!!!!

Me and my daughter ate lunch there today, we've always had a good experience but today was so much better. There was a male employee there who went above and beyond to make our experience so much better. He was this way with every customer there. I didn't get his name but he was amazing.
