The ramen was absolutely amazing—bursting with rich, bold flavors in every bite! The broth was perfectly seasoned, the noodles had the ideal texture, and every ingredient complemented the dish beautifully. Hands down one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had! Highly recommend!

A++ Omg why did I wait so long to come here? I ordered takeout tonight and it's so good I had to leave a review mid-bite! The Crab Rangoons are crunchy and probably the best I've had. The fried ramen pork belly is spot on! Finally, Florence has an amazing restaurant I will be back often. Oh, and the ginger sale dressing is really good.

We had a great experience at Takumi! The atmosphere is clean and traditional, with modern amenities. The Ramen was fresh and flavorful, and the Boba tea was made just the way I like 👌. We will definitely eat here again (especially for a pork bun)!

When we walked in it was a little confusing because a few staff noticed us but didn’t acknowledge. We weren’t sure if we wait or seat ourselves but then we saw the sign to “wait to be seated”. From there, we had a great experience. Our server was great and attentive. The food was delicious. The place is clean and while it’s fairly small, it was cozy.

Disorganized service for those who want take out. To many servers behind take-out counter. Appetizers small in portion and expensive. Most importantly, If you own or host a restaurant, dress in appropriate attire & greet with a smile. If you don’t know English? Please allow those who have cognizant verbal information about menu to work the cash register. My family encountered a rude large sagging pant wearing Asian male with a slick mini ponytail who lack friendly skills & walked away from cash register while we were placing an order to him. So sad. I called and asked to speak to someone who handles payroll. The lady said she would hand the phone over. I then heard her and another woman talking in hushed tones, skeptical of my call. The first lady said "do you want me to just hang up?" And then she hung up on me incredibly unprofessional.
Easily the best Ramen I've had in North Alabama. Service was friendly and nice. Atmosphere? A freakin Robot waiter??? Obviously a solid 10! Ramen was SOLID as well as the combo we got with it! Definitely my go to for Ramen and I will be recommending it!

I went there with my boyfriend during New Year's Eve. A nice place to try and was happy they were an option on a holiday! Thanks for the workers that worked today!
In terms of food, I have become a slight ramen lover and will say that my ramen was good and the Fried Chx Ramen I got was different than any I've had before but it was basic ramen - nothing spectacular. Definitely a nice addition to Florence as it continues to grow, as it has a nice Boba selection that excited a lot of people! I'm excited to come back to try the hibachi/stir fry options though! Would come back with friends for sure, my dish just didnt pack the different flavor that I was expecting from a ramen specific place.
Overall though, the environment was different than I expected and the little robot delivering our food was a nice addition! No huge complaints!

Were seated and greeted within a couple of minutes, took our drink order, then our food order and it was out in 10mins. Pictured is the Chicken Stir Fry Ramen. The pork and chicken buns that come with the combo were also very good! Pineapple slushie was delicious.
