No silverware. My server (Chloe) started out great but after we ordered, we rarely saw her again. She visited the table near us with 3 men at least 5 times and stayed to chat with them while we had 6 empty drink glasses and no silverware. We asked her for silverware, a manager for silverware, and the guy who brought out our food for silverware. Meanwhile we've got empty tea glasses and salads we can't eat. Evidently, we were at a strict 1 refill only table with only 3 packs of Splenda allowed. We finally got silverware AFTER our main course was brought out. So the salads were wasted. When the silverware was finally brought, the server said she was sorry, but they were busy, and they had been out of clean silverware. Why are they bringing out food if you have nothing to eat it with? Do they not have disposable tableware until something better is clean? The worst part is that I was forced to leave a generous tip due to our party size (my bill was over $200), that this server did not deserve. we were sat back by the bathrooms where the to go order door always blows in cold air each time its opened and everyone in the place goes by to the restroom.

Texas Roadhouse is a favorite for us . My husband and I eat at our local one religiously. This one had good service , the cactus blossom was good, rolls were delicious, salad and baked potato were 6 the steaks were not seasoned well and not cooked as requested. I would come back and try again, though.

Our server was either Kayla or Kailey? Can’t remember the name but she had dark hair and glasses. We were seated at a table that had ranch in the floor and food crumbs under it. No silverware was given to us. When she returned with it after we asked for it, the silverware was soaking wet and a piece of wet lettuce flopped out of my napkin. After we received our drinks she never came to our table again. No refills, no check ins, didn’t bring us our bill. She just stood at the computers talking the entire time. Another customer actually saw that we hadn’t been waited on and called someone over to check on us. I have been in the restaurant industry for most of my working life, so I know what it takes to offer good service to customers. This was not it. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever experienced. We will more than likely not be coming back.

Thursday night, was quite busy. My daughter and I were sat at a small table next to a high traffic area by the bar. I wanted a pina colada for my birthday celebration but was told that they didn't have a working blender. Bummer. My 12 oz ribeye somewhat chewy in places but cooked right and was tasty. The onion blossom seemed not to be cut all the way down to the core, so the petals could be pulled off without loosing the coating. The rest of the meal was ok. 10-31-24

There were 3 of us and we all picked out the steaks we wanted and I picked out the perfect filet mignon that had enough fat on it I could chew because of my bad jaw teeth and ordered it medium well and it was RARE. Very rare! All I wanted since I had only cut into it to check the inside was for them to cook it a few minutes by longer. Instead they took my perfect steak away and brought back a filet mignon that looked like 2 bites it was so small. I still paid for the one I wanted in the first place but I don't think the steak I ended up with wasnt worth the price. It was tough so I could ld st t
Ordered a to-go order at the restaurant. rolls were black and hard as a brick and the rest of the rolls were so dry and tough we couldn't even eat them. They forgot most of my order, he said he would give me a refund, days later never got it, called up there and got hung up on. I was never rude so the hang up wasn't warranted. It used to be a decent place but I don't know how they went so downhill and became so careless with customers and getting orders wrong like there's not one care in the world, so disappointed.

My wife and I had dinner at this Texas Roadhouse last night and the food was excellent! Our server, Isabella was wonderful. She was constantly checking to see if we needed anything and making sure that our food was cooked as ordered. We'll definitely be back the next time we're visiting the city.
