Food was delicious, server was very personable, but we must have went during shift change b/c he was MIA a lot. I think he had picked our table up outside of his actual section. My main complaint was it was VERY loud, almost to the point of being unable to have a conversation.

I got served a still raw steak on the inside it was completely cold and when the manager took it she never returned and tried to offer me green beans or another baked potato instead of fixing the issue

Stopped for a spontaneous dinner, and we enjoyed everything. Steaks were cooked to perfection, and there was no shortage of staff if we needed anything.
We’ve eaten here a few times and have always had a great experience. Tonight was completely different. It started out good… we were seated quickly and greeted by our server pretty quickly. We ordered all 4 of our meals at the same time, two of which included salads before our meals. My husband’s salad came out a few minutes later, but mine did not. He finished his salad and mine had still not come out. Someone took his plate and then I finally saw our server and mentioned my salad was missing. She returned with the wrong salad, and said Don’t worry, your food will be correct. 🫣 Everyone else’s food came to the table and the runner asked me if I had only ordered the salad for my meal. No, I told him, I ordered a steak and baked potato. He promised to go check on it. Meanwhile, my husband cut into his steak to find it rare, when he had ordered medium. A few minutes later a manager happened to come by and asked how everything was. We told him. He took my husbands food back to the kitchen and said he would check on mine. Our server returned and asked me for my order all over again, because she “didn’t have the paper anymore.” Our food finally came back, correct, with no apology from anyone. We were with our 3 and 5 year old, whose patience was gone at this point. Also I had come to the restaurant with a coupon for a free kids meal, which disappeared off our table at some point. Our server asked if we were paying cash or card, we told her card, and she said to go ahead and pay on the portal at the table. Our meal was full price, with no apology for the mistakes or the wait.
We won’t be back anytime soon. Very disappointed in this experience.

The server overcharged us. Instead of just changing the ticket, they tried deleting some appetizers and adding things and subtracting things and it was just completely confusing and unreasonable. 30 minutes after we finished our meal we finally got a check and it was so confusing I asked for management help When management didn’t come I said just let me pay this. I’ll get a copy of the receipt and I will handle it later. I had a party with me and I was just trying to get out the door. I stood up front for 10 minutes, begging for a receipt. Gentleman manager shows up print the receipt doesn’t look at it and throws it at me. Now you see the picture of the receipt please explain to me how this makes any sense. We were a party of three we ordered three wicked Wednesday specials, which is sirloin and shrimp at 1799. We ordered two appetizers an herb crusted chicken. We had two mac & cheese upgrades This is what my check looks like please somebody make it make sense.
