I was appalled to learn that the wait staff are required to dance and shake their butts for $2.14 an hour. Corporate do better. Had excellent service from our waitress, food was good.

I had a great time. We celebrated a birthey and everything went well.
After a couple of years we thought we would give it another try,that was a mistake. Steak was under cooked and salad was worse then the steak,bake potato was supposed to come with extra butter and didn't. Waitress didn't show up till potato was cold. Eat 3 bites out of salad 2 bites of potatoe and diet steak ,it had blood running out when cutting up. Won't be back

What’s the point of picking out a steak when you first walk in the door if that same steak with the your ticket is still going to be at the window when you’re leaving and then they over cook the steak they gave you so you end up with one half the

Employees 5/5 just funny, no wait, understanding, just great people.Food 5/5 Ribs, Steak, Chicken, TO DIE FOR!I was here for my grandmothers birthday last night and everyone was laughing and so nice.Location- Great 5/5 no issue or worries of being hit by a car or any of that Florence Alabama is just a great place for everyone. Thanks very much for serving us. I enjoyed it.

Going into the restaurant a 40 people are trying to go through a path maybe 5 ft wide ( it was a Saturday night) but I've been to longhorn several times and just as busy and never felt like cattle being herded to wherever. The waiter Hayden was awesome but while my wife and I were eating we literally had people leaning on the side of our booth wall standing and drinking no more than two feet from our dinner. They were looking over us at the TVs but the whole time we were eating dinner there were 6 or more people basically at our table more or less staring ( that's how it felt ) I even told my wife I felt like we were animals at a zoo exhibit. The waiter apologized and told us that people will stand there because the bar was full. The food was ok I got the filet and asked for med well but it was med at best very very pink so I ended up only eating two bites when I noticed that. The waiter had enough going on so I didn't bother him with it and just ate the salad. If you want a party atmosphere then you'll like it if you want a nice dinner with a date I would go elsewhere.
