The Pie Factory of Florence

The best Calzone I've ever had! I'm 60 years, so I've had alot of Calzones! Everything tha we ordered was on par of being the best; from the Greek salad to the cheesy bread. The pies were of the best quality, fresh ingredients. When I'm near Florence, AL, I will most assuredly stop for The Pie Factory! The reason I gave atmosphere 4☆ is because the booths are small, you can't eat with the table reminding, 'you've had enough', before you even order! So get a table, problem solved. Truly, a wonderful culinary experience! In case I haven't been clear? I ❤️ THIS PLACE!!

Great pizza and service as always. I took some coworkers of mine from out of town there and they said it was one of the best pizza they have had from a restaurant. Highly recommend.

We waited over an hour for our party to receive the food we ordered. They told us something happened in the kitchen. It took 30 plus minutes to get a glass of wine or beer. When I got my summer berry salad, after waiting 45 minutes, the grilled chicken tasted like pepper. It was terrible. I told my waitress. She said you are the second person to tell me that. I did not eat my salad. She said she would tell someone. I thought they might remove it from my bill since it was not edible. They did not. I eat at the location in jasper a lot. This location was a disappointment.

The pie factory in muscle Shoals has the absolute best grilled chicken salad that I've ever eaten

The El Guapo is a must try, especially if you want a new taste besides the traditional pizza flavor and the wings are my absolute favorite best in the Shoals, in my opinion, I highly recommend!

We were waiting for an hour and didn’t get our pizzas. We had our drinks and appetizer. Everyone around us that came in after us getting their food. The waitress had forgot to enter our order in and used an excuse they had a large to go order they had to fill first. I’m sorry but there were only 4 families in the entire restaurant and you are supposed to serve your seated customers first. That’s most restaurants rule. We won’t be back!

It was good nothing bad nothing special

My family and I have been coming to the pie factory on occasion for a few years....the pizza is our favorite but I don't know how much longer I can support this business. The attire of the waitresses is at best unprofessional and at worst trashy and inappropriate. It feels like it is the standard set by the ownership that these young girls wear as little as possible. The male waiter was wearing a professional black button up and black pants...yet the females are expected to wear yoga shorts and low cut crop tops...it is demeaning. I can't bring my family here and support the soliciting of these young ladies in good conscience.
