Amazingly good pizza. I was expecting a butchered attempt at pizza like the pizza at mellow mushroom but this place was alot better.

My son's family came for a visit, and we treated them to the Pie Factory. Everyone was well satisfied w/ the variety. The price was reasonable for the quantity of food we ordered.
Our waitress was excellent! ???
We'll be back!

Update: Thank you to the manager for reaching out. We dined there Sunday and the pizza was as wonderful as we remembered.
Worst pizza ever. Ordered takeout of a 16” “Kitchen Sink” pizza. When I got there they had made a small. I had to wait for them to remake it and I should have looked at it before I left. There was almost no cheese on it. We could not even see any on it. All the toppings fell off individually when we picked up a slice. We tried to eat it but ended up throwing 1/2 of it away. Got the James Brown wings they were good but the sauce was not. Luckily I had some Frank’s hot sauce.

Best pizza place in Florence. I really like the Aretha Franklin and The Babe. The atmosphere is great, the food is amazing, and the price isn't too bad either. Really enjoyed it!

Love the pie factory. The Babe is my favorite because I'm a meat lover fan. Sometimes I have the wings which are grilled and they are larger wings than you find in other restaurants like Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm not much of a drinker but I know they do have a wide selection of craft beers and some are local craft beers. Online ordering is easy and food is always ready on time. Overall I recommend you try any location. Florence, Muscle Shoals, Lawrenceburg, TN or Jasper. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dietary restrictions: They have vegan pizza that I've heard a lot of good things about.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere and also have small personal pizza and kid menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: All locations are on the bottom floor and wheelchair accessible.

Great atmosphere and amazing food!
They have delicious pizzas, wings, calzones, and salads. They even have gluten-free options available.
My top pizza choices are"the old faithful" and "the sink."
You can also build your own, and they'll fix it anyway you wish.
Don't forget to ask about the pizza of the month!

The BBQ chicken pizza was superb. The Mane Runner rastes almost like a Mai Tai but was only $7! We had three large slices of pizza left
over and we almost cried when we realized we left them in the to-go box on the table!

We ordered a build your own pizza (gluten free crust, pesto sauce, grilled chicken, spinach, tomatoes, onions, goat cheese) and it was SO good! We went to Florence for a day trip and I'm so glad we stopped here. Service was fantastic and the overall vibe was pleasant.

hair in my food. two strands
This was our first visit to The Pie Factory. As someone who has cooked in Italian and Mediterranean restaurants, I am very hesitant to try pizza joints... and also very critical. Additionally, as a wheat allergy sufferer, it is difficult to find good pizza that is also gluten free. So, for anyone in the Florence area, this is a fantastic pizza option, even if you eat gluten free!! We ordered the Philly Phanatic pizza (with Roma tomatoes added) with GF crust. My son even thought the crust was better than most regular thin crust pizza, which is his preferred crust type. This was one of the best non-red sauce pizzas I've had in years. High quality ingredients that were very balanced in flavor. We also shared an order of the James Brown hot wings. While being a traditional Buffalo-style hotsauce flavor, the wings were exceptional because they were grilled and then baked. This created a great flavor and texture under the hotsauce. The service was also amazing. The waitress was very friendly and thorough, and the food came out quickly. The decor is tasteful and distinct without being overwhelming. We will definitely be visiting this place again in the future whenever we are in Florence.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Have gluten free crust. Server understood the need to inform the kitchen of my allergy without me having to tell her to inform the kitchen. Have some other GF options and they were willing to modify items to accomodate.
Parking: Some parking in front, other spots around the block.
Kid-friendliness: Nothing inappropriate in the restaurant. Kid's menu available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors, wide aisles. Tables and booths available with easy access.
