I am disabled and I’m unable to access the building where turbo coffee is located however they had no problem bringing me coffee outside and I think that is absolutely amazing and very compassionate. I highly recommend this business.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wallet is not wheelchair accessible. It is a very friendly business and they brought my coffee out to me which I appreciate so much.

I’ve been to Turbo several times and the service is really hit or miss. Sometimes they give you a good cup of coffee, but other times it can taste too bitter, has spilt coffee running down the sides, or is forgotten to be made altogether(this has happened twice). Wish they would be more sustainable by serving all “for here” orders in glasses or ceramic mugs. Wi-Fi works fine. Can get really loud when there are large groups of people, so not the best if you are coming to read or focus on work. They do have the best matcha in town from what I’ve tried so far. Lastly, the Vietnamese coffee is way too sweet, (I’ve been to Vietnam and that’s not at all how it should taste)

The iced Moto Mocha is like liquid heaven in a cup. I crave these coffee drinks when I’m not there and no matter how hard I’ve tried, I cannot seem to get the combo correctly mixed at home (in Orange Beach). Thankfully The Shoals is my hometown and I get to go there often and experience all the rich culture this area offers. Turbo is a daily stop. Sometimes we go twice in one day. It really is that good!

Good food and coffee, but I guess we came at an awkward time because the 3 breakfast sandwiches we ordered took about 20 minutes to make. The sandwiches were delicious though.

Nice small venue for wedding and baby showers.

Legit espresso blends even with almond milk. Seems unsweetened but may not be.
Went to turbo the other day and enjoyed the coffee. I ordered an espresso shot and an iced mocha. The flavor profile of the espresso was a bit sour and under extracted but the mocha was not too sweet or dark. The shop itself is small but has plenty of seating and has a cute atmosphere. There is an abundance of metered parking on the street.
Stopped in for a latte this morning, it didn't disappoint. They were quick, the latte was strong, flavorful, and nice and hot.Staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The ambience is typical for the downtown area, exposed brick, antiques, and original wood floors. Very nice for a morning caffeine hit, so check it out.

Ordered two coffees off the menu and had to wait ~35 minutes. It wasn't overly crowded but it looks like they don't have enough employees. The few they have are friendly but obviously over run.

Great coffee, wonderful smoothies, lots of options for breakfast. I’ve had the overnight oats and gluten free breakfast cookie in the past - all were tasty. We take a side trip to Florence for this coffee stop otw to and from Memphis. Expect to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for your order unless you call ahead.

The line was fairly long when I entered, but it moved forward at an efficient pace. The woman who took my order was genuinely helpful, and within 2-3 minutes, I had a quality drink in my hand and my car on the way to my next destination.
Kid-friendliness: Several kids in there who appeared agreeable and happy with their food and drink and surroundings.

I swear the whole staff act like 12 year olds. They’re rude. They’re slow. They don’t acknowledge people waiting. They lick spatulas. Barely wash their hands. They act like their job doesn’t even matter. A guy made me an acai bowl and kept flinging his long awful hair bangs around standing over it while he was making it, then looked straight at me and put it in the freezer ?I was like how high are you??That’s mine I’ve been waiting here 40 mins!! Also get a hair net!!
Rivertown is so much better. Go support those guys. And less expensive for better quality coffee.

Atmosphere is great!! I want to like it here, especially being new to the area and spoiled off my old coffee shop, however paying $7 for a small coffee and then it not tasting like anything was put in it is a bummer... I’ve went the past 3 times hoping for a different outcome- even asked for extra syrup but it just taste like coffee beans and milk.

Awesome coffee! Great environment. Loved hearing Christian music when we walked in! Pumpkin cinnamon roll hit the spot! Wish we lived closer, I'd be here all the time!
