I went in with my significant other; it was a pretty busy night and we understood that. Like most people would do a at Waffle House, we waited for a clean booth or bar top. It is also important to note that me and my significant other are African American. A white couple came in after us and skipped us and sat at a dirty bar top. The waitress cleaned of their bar top and they were then waited. Me and my significant other shrugged it off and continued to wait. After awhile, we decided to follow the white couple in what they did in hopes we would be waited and we sat at a dirty bar top. We were not waited. A group of white people came in after us and sat at a dirty table. Their table was cleaned off and they were waited; meaning me and my significant other were skipped twice. I’ve heard this is an ongoing issue at this Waffle House whether it is about race or not it was highly distasteful!
I walked in, was acknowledged. I sat at a table and waited ten minutes and no one waited on me. A solid pass

The meal was fine, but could have done without the LOUD music the waitress put on halfway thru our meal, it was impossible to communicate. There was six ppl. eating, all over the age of sixty getting blasted with some punk rock! Pretty rude!

*update* (-1 star) Not only did the tea taste incredibly old like it had been sitting out for quite some time, they were once again out of chocolate chips... I only come here for chocolate chip waffles. Nothing else. Tonight I came as a backup plan for chocolate chip waffles when my restaurant was out of the creme brulee I planned to get tonight so it's a double disappointment by the time I get here and informed after ordering that they're out of what I came for as well.
Waffle House in this area is a hit or miss. You either have great service with your food coming out hot and just as ordered or a not so helpful waitress with a messed up order if they happen to have what you went there for. Midday seems to have a better chance of being good than late night. Be sure to eat your food as soon as you get it though. It does stay pretty cold in there so the hot food gets cold quickly on the table.

Ordered 3 all stars, after 30 minutes we each received a waffle. 30 minutes later we received 2 plates of COLD food. With no toast or bacon when we said something they turned around and handed us plates of bacon that was sitting there for 20 minutes and some cold toast. After 10 more minutes of my son not getting his food I told them to cancel his plate. Not to mention the waitress never checked on us after we placed our order for refills. I have never had service or food so terrible from a Waffle House

If all the tables are full and we have two babies with us, we should be able to put our stuff down on a table to claim a table when multiple people were trying to get to it and we were there first. being told “if you’re waiting for a table can you wait in our waiting area, when your back is to us and you’re basically talking to us through the security monitor was not it either. learn customer service and human compassion.

They charged me $17.00, which included tax. For 2 cups of coffee and a biscuit and gravy. The girl that rang it up didn't even give me a chance to ask for a receipt before starting to ring up. So, I have no proof of it now.
