I usually love the food and atmosphere at this Wendy’s, but today was frustrating. I was in a rush to get to a meeting and sat in the drive-thru for so long without a word, I thought they’d left. I understand sometimes computers cause delays, but when I finally asked if they had time for me, the girl said, “No—but I’ll help you anyway.”

I went inside, explained I was in a hurry, and still had to repeat my order because it wasn’t listened to the first time. I spelled it out calmly—and they laughed. Not sure what was funny, but it didn’t feel respectful. I tried to smooth things over but the manager accused me of yelling at her on the drive thru and even though I’d already explained that I was just trying to go elsewhere, it didn’t seem to be understood and they just treated me like I was the one with the problem. I suppose I’ll find somewhere else for breakfast which upsets me because of how much I enjoy the food and meat, but it would just be uncomfortable now to return.

I still like this location, but today’s experience really missed the mark.

Edit: the last review I gave here was one star because the night staff was extremely rude about the food being wrong. I’m changing that to four stars because the daytime staff is awesome. We got everything we ordered and it was top quality and the service was fantastic.

They ask literally every car to pull forward to a parking spot. First time they forgot I was out there and they told me they gave away my food. Second time I realized they were still asking every car to pull forward so I just drove off. 3rd time I tried I asked before handing my card over if I was gonna be asked to pull forward, after they swiped my card they tried telling me to pull forward... I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU LOL I refused and asked for a refund and the guy immediately handed me my food not even a minute later. Also the black manager dude got out of a car in the drive thru and went inside while cars were wrapped around the building. Service absolutely is the worse at night here. I get off work and just want my food man.

I recommend you go somewhere else between the hours of 10pm-closing cause what you get isn't worth the wait. My son just got off of work and was hungry and Wendy's was the only place open and close by at the time. So we go thur drive-thur and place our order and was ask to pull too the second window. We paid for our food the lady at the window gave us our drinks and told us to pull forward that our food would be right out.. while we was waiting three cars pull up behind me paid for their food and was pulled over to the side in a parking spot a African American woman came out the door with a bag and drinks and I thought it was our cause we had been waiting 10 minutes or more for our food.. She said it belone to the parked car. When she came back she was say they was short staffed and people was upset about the wait.. We was still waiting now it's been past 20 mins or more and she came out again still not our food. The lady in drive Thur was no at all friendly, looked like she hated her Job.. she brought out our food and out of our three fries only two of them was okay but the other well here is a picture you let me know. And we was missing a 10 PC nugget. Told the lady and she brought us out a bag of cold chicken nuggets.. I ask her if I could get hot fries she was very bothered and said " Sure if you want to wait" I then waited another 10 or more minutes and a order went out in front of us.. I will never ever be back to this place ever again and I will go to Taco Bell from now on.. Do not waste you time or money on this place.. Very rude employees and not at all professional at their jobs.. Do yourself a favor and eat at home this isn't the place.. We order our food around 10:35pm and left Wendy's at 11:20 something.. Also they need to dress better the uniforms was horrible not what you wear in public just a very gross 🤢🤢 place the employees looked dirty.. Do better people just do better..

There is a creepy man(mid 40s) that we have seen creeping out younger girls/women who he tries to sit by and talk to awkwardly. I have seen two groups of women throw their food away to leave when we wasn’t watching just to get away. He is off and on the phone talking loudly to people about needing money or needing a vehicle. We have pulled up twice and left because we saw him inside sitting in the same seat just avoid any kind of dangerous situation. I love Wendy’s but with how people are today I can’t trust anyone acting like this around my wife and daughter.

Food was fresh. Not as we ordered. However it tasted great. It wasn't busy and the lobby was terribly dirty. Just wipe your table and chair before you sit down and enjoy whatever they decide to give you to eat.

Waited an extra 10 minutes for the ghost pepper chicken sandwich… when it finally arrived, with much apologizing, I didn’t check it (because they’d mentioned it by name multiple times…) What we got, after waiting for the chicken specifically, was a double cheeseburger. The poor cashier was over-apologetic the whole time we were there, and given this ridiculousness, I think I know why. Other food was ok, but we probably won’t be back at this location.

Workers that operate the drive thru are very kind, but the food is ridiculous. Not a picky person, but this is not what a $9 salad should look like. I would rather you just tell me you don’t have it than serve one from 3 days ago.

First time I have ever stepped foot inside since the big remodel, and I'm moderately impressed. However, it's confusing where to order. It feels like I'm disturbing people eating having to walk through the dining area to order food. And the drink station is disgusting. Just like all the tables, it was dirty and quite honestly stunk. I don't know if it was a dirty trashcan or the tea containers, but sometimes was SOUR! Then after wiping my table off and realizing not only was the order wrong, it wasn't even remotely fresh... The hamburger meat was clearly cooked awhiiiiile ago and reheated (I assume in a big batch for lunch). And somehow, with a line wrapped around the building, the fries were completely cold. The only saving grace were the chicken nuggets. Those seemed relatively fresh ($5 biggie bag).
