My children and I decided to stop here for lunch. We received our food rather quickly for the amount of people that were there. The staff was amazing and welcoming. There was a manager i believe her name was Kieara she came around speaking with the customers. She came to me and my children and she just put a smile on our face. She welcomed us to the restaurant, she cared about the quality of food. I told her I would have liked for my fries to be a little hotter which it didn’t bother me. Before I could say anything she spoke on her headset and I had fresh fries being brought out to me. Overall my visit was pleasant and we will be back

We got a new Whataburger locally, and this was my first time having anything from this chain, so I was looking forward to seeing what all the hype was about.
Unfortunately it was less than stellar...
First, they completely forgot our fries so wife had to go back for them. Then they were incredibly salty, and that's saying a lot because I love a good salty fry, but these were way overkill.
Then, I open up my burger, which was ordered to be cheese, ketchup, and mayo ONLY on it, and verified as such 3 times by the order taker, was loaded with everything that WASN'T supposed to be on it (lettuce, onion chunks, tomatoes, etc).
Luckily I managed to salvage the burger patty by using my own cheese, buns, and condiments, completely defeating the purpose of paying for it from the restaurant, but I was hungry, so I made due.
After all was said and done, I take a sip from my drink, which is supposed to be Sprite or equivalent, and it tastes like club soda and chlorine. I literally gagged.
Needless to say, I won't go back with this being my first experience.
There was, in fact, zero hype to be found. 👎👎

The fries were served lukewarm and the bacon burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I took one bite of the burger and a couple of fries before returning the whole order for a full refund. The lemonade tasted like it came from a package that was mixed with water and artificial sweetener. On top of that, I waited in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes before my order was delivered. They take your money first though to make sure you don’t drive off. I’m never going back to any location. The prices are too high for the product and service (or lack thereof). Fast food is a joke!

Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

I can’t say enough for the job that Emmanuel has done at this location. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Service and food are outstanding (great job, Jessica and Bradley). Today I tried the new Bacon Wrangler Double and it’s so tasty. Can’t wait to return!!
Ps. They are excellent at pouring into local schools and staff. Harlan Elementary appreciates you!

We ordered. Confirmed the order before paying. Waited 10 minutes for food no big deal, get the food. Of course the sandwiches ordered was not correct. Took them back to the counter, explained they were not correct. Waited another 10 minutes for them to be corrected. When the manager brought the remake of sandwiches out. We ask about the fries the manager states what about them you could have already been eating them, but if we have any in the warmer i will bring them to you. Sorry sir we eat our fries with our sandwiches. If we had just wanted to eat fries then that would have been all we would have ordered. Not professional at all.
