very unsatisfied. went 15 mins before closing and the cold bar was picked up. the employee working there said they picked up the cold bar up at 830. i asked her if she could please go get some of the fruit boba pearls because that was what my kid liked. She said it was “all the way in the back” like it was too far for her to walk. awful customer service tonight. i waitresses for years and i always got what what the customer wanted if we were still open.

Place is not like it once was. Always have broken or out of service machines. Start closing the store at 8 even Though it is open until 9. Very expensive and not worth it IMO.

The staff was very nonchalant. Always feels a bit grungy but perhaps to be expected with so much stickiness to try and clean up.

Hot fudge was out of order. No chocolate sauce for those that like chocolate on their vanilla yogurt. When checking out staff was not friendly. They basically ignored us speaking to them. Half of the machines didn’t have yogurt.

This place is a hidden gem. I just cannot believe that no one cares this about this place! Pookie says it’s a 10/10. She’s allergic to nuts but that’s no problem because they had many peanut free options like Reese’s and butterfingers! I say it was a 10/10 as well. Price is judged by the weight (like all things) so don’t let that surprise you. Wasn’t too expensive for the delightful and insightful treat we devoured. She got brownie and I got tropical. Felt like l was at the Bahamas ?.GO TRY IT! NOW!!!!

Place was dead and eerily quiet. The food itself was genuinely flavorless same with the toppings not to mention 2 cups ran $30 AND asked me to place a tip.
So, the thought of the idea of how it works is great. The downside is as a first-time visitor. When you walk in, there is no real instruction as to how to navigate getting your dessert and the toppings, then there's the pricing. You have no idea what the price is until you've gotten what you're getting, and they place it on a scale and then give you a price. This could cause someone to not be prepared for how much they'll have to pay, and if you're on a budget, this could be costly. Overall, the food was good, but the experience was absolutely horrible.

Brought my kids you yougert mountain this afternoon. Service was great . Very friendly girl behind the counter. However that's where our good experience ended. My kids didn't even fill up their cup half way. It cost $28 and change for 4 kids. Totally ridiculous pricing. I could have literally bought 5 gallons of icecream at Walmart for that price. Definitely will not be going back.
