The yogurt is good and plenty of toppings but it was really messy with toppings scattered,water or condensation in the floor in front of machine and the people working seemed more interested in their own conversation than helping the customers of which there weren't many

Was out of 4 flavors, 2 of the slots of yogurts were turned around. Not a lot of topping choices and the chocolate fudge was also out of order. Not sure why you wouldn’t make sure your flavor machines are working on a weekend. Or how a manual pumper is out of order. Also could’ve just ran across the street to get a bottle of hot fudge people could use… very disappointing experience. Yogurt Mountain in Muscle Shoals and Huntsville are much better

Staff is never friendly, yogurt is always mediocre, hot caramel and chocolate sauce pumps are dirty, half the store is always blocked off, and prices are WAY too high. I wish we still had Frostbite or Menchie’s.
Also, why am I tipping the cashier who doesn’t even greet people when they walk in, let alone do anything but charge me an exorbitant amount for mediocre frozen yogurt?

Lots of options here but be careful what you put in your cup! Prices are much more than I would have ever spent on ice cream!
I truly resent being asked for a tip, when the attendant did NOTHING but check me out at the register. It's just insulting and makes a corporation look like a beggar. Finally, the yogurt and ice cream are mediocre, not as healthy as they would like you to think.

30 minutes until close and they shut off all the yogurt machines. Train your employees better!
