It was 30 minutes until they closed. They took our order. Then, a girl came to our table and started out by saying they were closing soon and they were out of the wing sauce we ordered. We got a refund and left.

I love Zaxby's normally, but I am giving this particular Zaxby's a 1 Star, I would give them a zero start if I could, so me and my wife go, place my order, order comes out slightly wrong, just that they gave me the version that didn't come with sides when I ordered sides, I didn't think this would be that big of an issue I went and told the lady we didn't get our sides, now it's only a $2 difference between the version with and without sides and for $2 she tells me that I have to do a refund back to my card,doesn't tell me until afterwards oh your money will be back tomorrow,I was already slightly perturbed about that but then I call today and I was told no it will be 3-5 business days so for $2 this place is holding $50 of my money ransom,I absolutely will never go to this Zaxby's again,if this is what is considered customer service,it's a joke and the worst part is due to dietary restrictions this is one of only a few places my wife can eat out and they ruined one of her favorite places to eat ........such a shame.

Dined in with my family the other day and most and everything was delightful.

The service was quick, and there was hardly a wait to get our food. The chicken was juicy, and the fries were well-seasoned. All the food was hot and had obviously been fresh out the fryer!

I really enjoyed the dining experience, from the warm lighting to the wood panelled interior, and more than anything the lack of music. Though there would be a small mess at the booths here and there, it was nothing overwhelming.

Overall, it was impeccable, especially for the price. We spent $37 to feed four people, and we had leftovers. Great food, great place!

Been to zaxbys ? many times and have always enjoyed their food. Especially like their salads! Little slow on this day, but i was not in a hurry anyway.

we took 30 kids into Zaxbys today at lunch on a Sunday!! everyone had a separate order and every single order was 10/10. We were Very impressed!

Kept cutting me off then didn’t even put the sauce on and gave me plain wings

Went to Zaxbys to get a 4pc plate when I got home and opened it. It looked like a ?went off in it. If I missed handling it, I wouldn't have bothered writing this review.
The place wasn't busy at the time, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru.I guess I'll have to start checking my order before leaving the drive-thru from now on.

Ordered in the drive thru..was told we had to wait so we were pulled up..finally received our food. Left and when opened the food it was incorrect ..went back the KIDS in the store working along with the MANAGER laughed when we complained ..the lack of respect and knowledge these workers had is unexcusible and i would rather lick the floor in any other restauant before going there again . CUSTOMER BEWARE ?

I can't tell you what the food was like but I pull up to the drive-thru and they 're and I won't be back and they're cleaning outside I totally understand that I used to be a manager of a fast food restaurant okay but when a customer is screaming that the water is coming into their car three times you ask the girls can you come around and order food because water is coming in your car and you can hear them laughing in the background so you lost my business to Arby's

Zoie and the staff went above and beyond to help with a last minute catering order. They were so kind and made me a priority. The food was fresh and taste amazing!!
