Don’t order ahead on the app. They’ll have you pull up and wait an additional 40 minutes while all the others that order after get their food and go.

Terrible service. Drive thru staff will ask you to pull to a parking spot and then forget to bring your food out. This is becoming a frequent problem. After waiting almost 20 minutes, you have to call to remind them or go inside to retrieve your order. I don’t recommend this location.

Waited over 30 minutes just for them to ask what we ordered after the wait. Absolutely horrible service, definitely wouldn’t recommend. It’s sad to watch Florence decline like this. Always ready to take your money, always late on giving you what you paid for.

If you want to waste time, waste money, get terrible food and be treated rudely this is the place for you. Ordered via mobile app and arrived at drive thru at time shown. I was asked to pull into mobile pickup spot and they will bring it right out. Mind you I’m the only car there when I arrive. Twenty minutes pass, people come out to give others their orders that have arrived after me, see me and think nothing of it. I call and am told that they forgot that I was outside waiting but that my food is still fresh. Are you kidding? Have you tried your own fries? They aren’t fresh after twenty seconds much less twenty minutes. I ask to speak to the manager and am told “No we don’t do that here.” Are you serious? I inform the person that they have wasted my lunch break and I would like a refund to which they tell me I will have to come inside. I come inside to see a bunch of employees leaned up messing around and on their phones? Really? And you “forgot” I was outside? But you have time to mess around? Cool. I’m then told I’ll have to wait several days for a refund because I used the mobile app and that they can’t just replace my food without permission from the manager. Are we being serious? You’ve not trained anyone on staff on a Saturday evening to have any problem solving skills? Fabulous. So I leave with inedible food. A wasted lunch break. What’s even worse I get back to work and open the food and the bread on the nibblers is hard enough to break a window with and the fries are so soggy they might as well be mashed potatoes. They wouldn’t have been fresh even if the employees wouldn’t have been hanging out goofing off and forgot I was waiting. Whomever owns this location needs to look into leadership that understands accountability, problem solving and customer service. I wish giving negative stars was an option.

Food was excellent -boneless hot wings & a kids meal.
The kids that was taking our order had to be new & as for atmosphere, it was disturbing bc there was a group of high school-aged kids who were so loud, that we couldn't even hear the employee attempting to take our order, & my husband & I couldn't hear one another. No mgr said anything to them. Just let them hang out & have social hour in the restaurant.
We got our food to go bc of the noisy kids.

I got two box of chicken fingerz zax but one box only 15 fingers that supposed to have 20 fingers. Other box of 20 chicken fingers. You better get us 5 fingers next time. It’s Mother’s Day today. I’m so mad

I go to this zaxbys more then the one close too target, But I just love this place!! Love the chicken,French fries, and Zax sauce, Definitely coming back here!
