Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If you want to waste time, waste money, get terrible food and be treated rudely this is the place for you. Ordered via mobile app and arrived at drive thru at time shown. I was asked to pull into mobile pickup spot and they will bring it right out. Mind you I’m the only car there when I arrive. Twenty minutes pass, people come out to give others their orders that have arrived after me, see me and think nothing of it. I call and am told that they forgot that I was outside waiting but that my food is still fresh. Are you kidding? Have you tried your own fries? They aren’t fresh after twenty seconds much less twenty minutes. I ask to speak to the manager and am told “No we don’t do that here.” Are you serious? I inform the person that they have wasted my lunch break and I would like a refund to which they tell me I will have to come inside. I come inside to see a bunch of employees leaned up messing around and on their phones? Really? And you “forgot” I was outside? But you have time to mess around? Cool. I’m then told I’ll have to wait several days for a refund because I used the mobile app and that they can’t just replace my food without permission from the manager. Are we being serious? You’ve not trained anyone on staff on a Saturday evening to have any problem solving skills? Fabulous. So I leave with inedible food. A wasted lunch break. What’s even worse I get back to work and open the food and the bread on the nibblers is hard enough to break a window with and the fries are so soggy they might as well be mashed potatoes. They wouldn’t have been fresh even if the employees wouldn’t have been hanging out goofing off and forgot I was waiting. Whomever owns this location needs to look into leadership that understands accountability, problem solving and customer service. I wish giving negative stars was an option.

Good is same as every other one. However. The blond girl that looks anorexic with all the piercings. Is. Super rude And practically throws. The stuff out the window. If you hate your job go get another can’t say I’d be any happier making. That hourly wage

Consistently bad service over years and the food is only decent. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will not see that you arrived in their system and will tell you they didn't see your car when you parked in the space directly in front of the drive through window.

I go to Zaxby’s extremely often, but usually the one on Cox Creek. I will most definitely be going there every time now. I asked for extra fries. This was around $10. THIS IS NOT EVEN ONE SERVING OF FRIES!!! Not to mention we were the only car in line and it took 8 minutes!!!!

Everytime visit the one on Cloverdale road it is always food seems old and the service thru the drive thru sucks they act like it hurt them to put a condement in the sack and don't show any acknowledgement that you even at the window I mean where did comman decentcy go and for their prices you would think could get better service and food just is not that good from this one anyways sorry but a big D...
