I love a good 7 brew but I couldn’t help but notice a few problems as I waited in line for a good several minutes at this location. They got my drink wrong the first time and it tasted very watery. So I asked to get it remade in the size that it was supposed to be and it turned out to be better but the service needs some work.

Ordered Orange Julius shake got down the road and it was some sort of strawberry monstrosity my girlfriend's coffee was also unflavored and tasted like something I could have made it home with cheap powdered coffee will never come back

Sat in line over 20 minutes. I was car 5 in the line. The other line served almost 3 times the cars as line 1. Then finally get our order taken get up to the window and the guy just walks away so again wait for somebody else to give us our drinks. Very bad service today.
At this point they've gone so far into the abyss I'm tired of complaining about it. Just not going there anymore. Sad. Have great experiences at other locations but this one has really gone down since opening. Not worth it anymore . I'll spend my money elsewhere.
