Reka is fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. We’ve had the pleasure of her service for two of our most recent visits to Texas Roadhouse. Steaks were cooked to perfection!
We came to eat dinner tonight. My baby girl got sick. Abby was the most amazing & helpful person! She stopped what she was doing to help me & my baby girl & made sure she was ok multiple times! I can’t thank her enough!!!!

Texas Roadhouse offers excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Their menu items, such as half a rack of ribs with sweet potatoes and garden salad, are delivered hot and as ordered. Customers enjoy the strawberry lemonade, a customer favorite. The restaurant is highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.
Servers are always friendly, and the food is consistently good. However, there have been a few minor issues, such as one instance of raw chicken being served, which was promptly addressed by the manager. Some customers have reported being overlooked by the host when entering the restaurant.
The restaurant has received praise for its wonderful service, particularly from the waitress with double bun braids and a waitress named Michelle. Customers have also enjoyed the delicious cactus blossom and entrees. One customer had a fantastic experience with their waiter, Joshua, who provided excellent service, made suggestions, and even entertained the guests.
Recently, customers have shared great experiences, mentioning the very good steak and loaded baked potato. Many left with hot rolls and butter, and servers like Blake made sure to recommend extras for each meal. Another customer enjoyed being served by Paige at the bar, noting her professionalism and that the steak was cooked perfectly. While most experiences were positive, one customer raised a concern about an employee with gloves leaving the restaurant, hoping proper hygiene was followed.
