Had the first bad steak I've ever had at a Texas Roadhouse. Ordered a 16oz Ribeye cooked medium. Was brought out a very thin cut steak, less than a half inch thick. The outer edges seemed to be cooked medium well with a little pink. When I got to the middle of the steak, it was cooked well done, no pink at all. Wait was very long. Other than that everything was ok. We waited for a while to get seated and then waited a while to get our food. Order was accurate except there was no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger.
