If you’re in Foley or around the Gulf Coast and looking for someone who truly cares about your health and wellness, I cannot recommend BB’s Health Food Store enough. BB is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about eating for my blood type. Since making those changes, I honestly feel 💯 better!
You can tell she genuinely wants to help people feel their best, and that kind of care is hard to find these days. I’m so thankful for the guidance, encouragement, and all the wisdom she shared with me. If you’ve been struggling with low energy, inflammation, or just not feeling like yourself, go see BB! It has made such a difference in my life already. 💚

I was in the area a couple of weeks ago and decided to swing by. I had my two toddlers with me, and we just needed a couple of things. When we entered it looked as if they were preparing to film something on the side of the store but no one said anything about it and they were open. My children were sitting in the play area, quietly playing with trucks. They were not silent, but they were not loud, nor disruptive. We were in there about 3 minutes when an employee approached me and said the mics were picking up my children’s voices and they needed to stop…..the only option I had was to leave, because my 3 year old tries to whisper but is obviously louder than an adult would. I found my interaction with the employee was terrible, she was incredibly rude. If silence is needed, then the store should be closed until filming is completed. On our way out, I heard the employee talking about me to another employee. Be aware, young families are not tolerated, no matter how well behaved the children are. Fairhope Health Foods is where we decided to go after and they were incredible as always and very welcoming.
I hate leaving bad reviews, so before I left this review, I reached out to the store to speak with the owner about the interaction I had, but she did not feel it necessary to contact me back.

First, BB is a wealth of knowledge and generously gives her time to listen. She makes recommendations that are spot on.
My dog was suffering itching that the vets could not and did not remedy. Her little belly was raw. BB recommended ParaFungal for pets. Within three days, Ella completely stopped scratching and gnawing at her feet! I am thrilled beyond measure and my baby is no longer in scratching misery.
She also got me on track with supplements for myself. Kristian, at her store is also very helpful. Best health food store ever!!

The people here are always helpful and friendly when you come into the store Bebe has been a different health products and they always make recommendations for you if you can't figure it out on your own.
My go to place for help sourcing natural homeopathic treatments for everything. We live eat your blood type diet and all the suggested supplements for our type.
My daughter also got some chemicals in her eyes. After driving 45 minutes to Daphne to see the eye doctor that TOLD us what to go get and how to flush her eyes, we stopped by BB's and Kristina* flushed her eyes for us with an organic eye solution and eye washer. We are so thankful for the treatment and we LOVE BB's.

They have a great selection of products, and their lunch foods are out of this world. One of my favorite parts about BB's is the customer service. You get the good old fashioned customer service like we used to get most places but don't any longer. It's still alive here. Check out their grab and go food available, raw milk, fresh nut butters and great organic products. This is my favorite Foley store by far. Don't forget the blood work consultations. That's pretty amazing to get to look at your own blood and learn what your body needs. Great, great experience here.
Several of my friends have started going to BB for their blood consultations and feel the same way about as I do. It's life-changing and you get educated about it. Having gone through my first one, I was more educated about my next blood work draw at my doctors office and knew what time ask for. Everyone should do a consultation with BB.
